The price is low, and it shows. The hotel desperately needs better management and better staff. The inside was just as filthy as the outside.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour

Free parking. Clean room but they do not have electric kettle to boil water. Instead, they provide hot water in cafeteria, that is not very convenient for the customers.

J’ai réservé une chambre en se basant sur la description que c’était un hôtel 3 étoiles. Finalement c’était un motel. Y’avait une odeur de cigarettes et le détecteur de fumée était couvert par un plastique. L’isolation n’était pas bonne et la chambre donne sur la route comme les motels routiers. Beaucoup de bruit des voitures c’est comme si je dormais à l’extérieur. J’ai détesté mon expérience et j’ai aussi détesté le fait que j’ai réservé pour un 3 étoiles puis à mon arrivé ils m’ont envoyé vers la section motel

My room was clean, when checking in it was a relief that he spoke English. Not sure if the establishment had a place to go have coffee or breakfast I was only in the room to sleep.

Correct pour s'y arrêter pour le travail. L'hébergement aurait, cependant, besoin d'une sérieuse cure de rafraîchissement.

Tout était correct. Très bon rapport qualité / prix.

Aucun menu déjeuné. Le personnel n'est pas courtois. La chambre n'a pas de bain. Pas de séchoir à cheveux. Les pains de savon sont miniatures. Pas de téléphone dans les chambres. Je ne recommande pas ce motel.

Unfortunately what would have been an excellent stay was clouded by my check-in experience. I checked in very late at around 1.30am and had advised the hotel of this. The "Night Manager" was lounging on the foyer chairs when I arrived and seemed very disengaged and unfriendly. He gave me my room key and I was in total shock when I entered the room and saw what I thought were articles of clothing in the room as I searched for the light switch. I then heard movement and quietly asked if anyone was there. I then saw the figure of a female crawling out of the bed and apologised profusely as I quickly backed out of the room as quickly as I could. This could have been a very serious incident and I was very relieved that the woman, who seemed to be on her own, acted as peacefully and quietly as she did. I returned to the Reception desk and advised the Night Manager of the incident. Without so much as an apology, he issued me with another room key and sent me on my way. The rest of my stay went without incident and I found the Day Staff to be very efficient, engaging and friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily and overall the facilities were more than adequate. It was only my initial check-in experience that clouded my overall rating of the hotel.

Not as well maintained as expected. Air conditioning unit was very noisy.
