I used to come to this hotel often but as time goes, it looks like more and more as a ghost town and quality/cleanliness going down. They used to offer breakfast and now the room sits empty with only coffee and teas offering. The beds used to be comfy and the one I had was hard as a rock. Reception person are not looking very friendly or enthusiastic as they used to; just there to do their time and move on is what it seems like.

I honestly had a great time. The first walk in, the room was spotless and clean. Very spacious, there were enough towels to last a whole week to be honest and I love it. The staff was very professional. I needed to change the reservation for the next day under my friend's booking and I was able to keep the same room for 2 days The cleaning crew comes to kindly as if we needed anything and clean the room, we were ok but the thought was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend to go there

Le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché. J’ai avisé la réception qui m’a mentionné que quelque viendrai réparé le tout. Malheureusement rien a été réparée durant mon séjour. Les murs de la salle de bain étaient sales et le joint de douche entre le plancher et la douche laissait voir de la moisissure. Une cafetière dans la chambre serai grandement apprécié. Point positif : personnel courtois, lit assez confortable et micro-onde dans la chambre

No breakfast, and there were not much options available in the vicinity. Drinking was rarely available in the reception area. Overall an okayish room for that price.

Front desk was super friendly and attended all our requests without a problem. The room and everywhere was very clean and neat. Beds comfortable. Had a great stay ! 100% will return when we are back to quebec

The flooring in the bedroom is falling apart. Very old room. The frontdesk guy was stinky(body odor), told me he couldn't find my check-in in the system. It took him at least 15 min to get me checked after i drove from Ontario and it snowed quite bad, not pleasant at all..do not recommend this place!!

Hi, I booked for 2 nights in qubec, i reached on dec 25 around 4:00 PM and we put our luggage in the room and left as we did not checked room cleanness, when we came around 9:00 PM to the hotel, floor was too sticky and everywhere dust was there, we are getting smell from bathroom curtains, i supposed to ask them for toilet paper and hand soaps, next day morning on Dec 26 i asked receptionist to clean our room and chnage the blankets , he said to us he will inform cleaning people, and we left to explore city, again once we return everything was same in the room, nothing was cleaned, i informed evening receptionsit , he said whatever happened in the morning he was not reponsible, he gave us new blanket and informed us to change it by our own, as there were no staff, it was very bad expereince and we left next day morning as we afraid to sleep in bed as we thought something not cleanly or bad bugs, it was really horrible expereince to stay in this hotel, i need someone from expedia to call me back as this money is not worth it to spend in this hotel.

The outlet doesn’t work in bathroom- good luck finding a clean towel the bath mat towel had stains all over it - glad it was only one night here.
