This is a perfect place for a getaway weekend. Great staff. Very clean.

Large room with lake view from hallway (room window overlooks hallway). Small tables outside room in hallway with a lovely view of lake across the street (not part of the property). For the price, the room was dated with older furniture and amenities. Very basic breakfast (extra cost). Pools and whirlpools not crowded which we enjoyed. Overall, well located older hotel in need of special care (for instance touchups here and there, cleaning, as well as basic info in the room to welcome visitor, and explain how run the tv, know breakfast hours, wifi code etc.. Lastly, there are reminders of patrons being filmed while on property are various locations with video stored which we found unusual (not just in parking lot)..

Tout ce que nous avons vu, comblait nos attentes. Le personnel était courtois .et très réceptif à nos demandes. Ce fut un séjour très agréable.

This was a great hotel stay with friendly staff and a clean, well-maintained property. For anyone looking to disconnect from the city and relax, this is the perfect spot. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers stunning views of the lake. Its location near Saint-Agathe-des-Monts is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants, and other essentials within close distance. A peaceful and enjoyable getaway that I would gladly recommend for both solo travelers or groups.

Très belle vue

J'ai beaucoup apprécier l'accueil de Brigitte à la réception, elle y travaille depuis très longtemps.La propreté, la gentillesse, les beaux sourire.les seuls hic pour nous, la fondue est proposé seulement sur fin de semaine.Donc pas de repas, ni de déjeuner.Nous sommes de vieux clients de l'endroit, il y a quelques années il y avait, dejeuner et souper.Cetait beaucoup apprécier.Malheureusement même si très propre il y a un besoin de rafraîchissement.Lendroit manque un peu d'amour.il y a eu des améliorations mais ce n'est pas suffisant.

Literie tâchée, propreté et entretien très limite. Je ne recommande pas. Le seul point positif est que les employés sont très gentils.

Confortable, bien situé mais un peu bruyant

Nous avions réservé une nuit dans cet hôtel au coût de 377 $, mais malheureusement, nous n’avons même pas pu y rester. Dès notre arrivée, il y avait une forte odeur de moisissure dans la chambre, ce qui rendait l’endroit très inconfortable. L’état général de la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout au prix demandé : plusieurs marques visibles sur les murs et les cadres de porte, des signes d’usure, une salle de bain qui semblait mal entretenue et du mobilier taché. Nous avons finalement dû quitter et réserver une chambre dans un autre hôtel, qui était moins cher et de bien meilleure qualité. Pour le prix payé, nous nous attendions à un endroit propre, confortable et bien entretenu. Malheureusement, l’expérience a été très décevante. Je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement dans son état actuel.
