業歴20年。夫婦二人で適宜手入れをして設備をリノベーション。 ホテル中庭にオープン・ジャグジー、各部屋にもジャグジー風呂完備。 各部屋の廊下外に、サーブル湖を眺める椅子・テーブル完備。 のんびり過ごせる配慮。 朝食は、宿泊客が少ないためか、２泊ともバスケット（パン・バター・ジャム、 フルーツ、紅茶を主体にコンチネンタル）で供給あり、合理的。 夫婦で一生懸命、接客応対に当たり、好感が持てる。 以上

Studio felt negelected. No water, small bathroom...

Pour la chambre : Rideau en toile de jute, pas de panneaux occultants ou store. foyer au gaz collé sur le lit on ne peut pas en profiter. Sac Mc Do trouvé en dessous du lit, rouleau papier toilette 1/3, pas de rouleau supplémentaire. Pas vraiment de coin salon dans la chambre On a fait une chambre bric à brac Même la cafetière de la chambre n’a pas servie, il fallait la détartrer Les murs en carton Quand aux spa, 2-3 ne fonctionnaient pas. La piscine chauffée était assez glaciale Bref l’emplacement est excellent, mais la chambre n’était vraiment pas à la hauteur pour le prix payé

Amazing stay overall! Highly recommended

Parking was very limited and unsafe. Fell a couple of times as it was very icy and not salted. We could barely go up to the hotel. Very small room for the price, while we got to our room the door wasn't even closed properly. Staff was warm and helpful. Overall not worth the price to be honest.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The rooms were acceptable and the location was excellent, especially for the price we paid. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There was also a food basket for breakfast that was very convenient. Unfortunately, our only negative experience was with one cleaning staff member. After my wife asked her for help opening our door while she was cleaning the room next to ours, the interaction was unpleasant. Later, despite leaving a “make up my room” sign on the door, our room was not cleaned. We noticed the sign had been flipped to “do not disturb,” which we are confident was done intentionally so the room wouldn’t be serviced. This was a disappointing and unnecessary experience, but aside from this incident, the hotel itself met our expectations and was good value for the money.

Chambre 302 J’ai payé 200,00 pour cette chambre décor Elvis Gratton. Vraiment un coup de peinture ferait grandement du bien (vert menthe et pêche comme couleur) Que dire de la salle de bain (bain tourbillon des années 80) Positif: la propreté des lieux et les employés sympathiques des notre arrivée.

The service was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel and spa were clean and well maintained. However, although we had reserved three rooms, our friends were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bed linens and bed in one of the rooms.

Oui tout c bien passé

Prestations décevantes non en adéquation avec celles affichées. Comme spa il s'agit d'un petit jacuzzi externe (seulement le vendredi soir et WE) et une piscine intérieure sans sauna ni zone de relaxation. Ménage dans la chambre non fait pendant une journée. Petit déjeuner modeste sans boisson chaude. Vue exterieure par l'intermédiaire d'un couloir. Dans la chambre le foyer est en fait un radiateur électrique.

I got charged at the hotel after I paid through Expedia and when I go to the room it was dirty. I had change rooms. I wasn’t impressed and I hope I get my refund when I check out

Generalement tres propre et en bon etat. Le service etait inegal mais courtois. Cependant, la cafetière etait sale. Et on aurait apprecie plus de details sur les installations. Enfin, la température de la chambre etait difficile a contrôler. On a eu tres chaud pendant la nuit. En somme, Tres belle vue vue et bon rapport qualité-prix.
