部屋はきれい スタッフもフレンドリー

ロケーションは最高だと思います。サンルイ通りの真ん中あたりにあって、どこに行くのも便利！ただし、駅またはバスチューボからの登坂はきついです。 古いアパートのような入口も風情があって良いのですが、わかっていたこととはいえ、二段ベットの部屋は狭く、窓もきちんと閉まらないし、ボロボロ間満載で、入ったとたんにテンション下がりました。部屋には冷蔵庫は無く（フロント前にあったようですが）、館内の自販機の水は冷えていないし、そしてその割に高い！立地と雰囲気以外は二度目は無いと思います。

The hotel needs major renos . My air conditioning made major noise at 4h30 AM . Only 1 shower on the floor . What can you expect for that price, 1 star hotel .

The location was excellent for exploring old Quebec City. It was a cute and clean hotel. Staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful. Parking was $20per night across the street. We booked a room with a private bathroom. The room was small, but pleasant and great for our 1 night stay. I would definitely stay again.

The room I reserved was clean, well-organized, and appropriate for a solo traveler. Everything was fine with the room, and it was very useful that they have a sink and tap in the room. The air conditioning worked well, which was important since there was a heat wave when I was visiting. The location is excellent since Auberge Saint-Louis is located very close to the river and in the heart of the old city. There are so many great restaurants and cafes in the immediate neighborhood. In terms of improvements, the staff at the front desk can be more friendly and welcoming. They barely look up and never greet you. There doesn't seem to be a sense of hospitality, and they seemed untrained. The bathroom for the room I reserved was shared. It was conveniently located right next to the room, but they need to clean it more often (specifically the toilet bowl) and check on the toilet paper more often, precisely because it is a shared bathroom. There were days when the trash bin wasn't emptied till much later in the day. Some of the guests can be loud in the passageway and close / slam doors loudly, which can disrupt your rest. Perhaps the property can put up a notice so that guests are informed to close the doors softly, which is easily done, to prevent disrupting other guests.

The room and bathroom were very clean! Was nice to have a sink in the room.

The sofe was dirty, filled with crumbs of some sort. TV we couldn't get working. The lady made me feel like I've never had or seen a TV in my life. Only good thing it was close to where we wanted to tour. For the amount we paid 179. Its not worth it.

This was our second time at this Auberge. We loved our room and location. The building has the charm of the old city with modern amenities like AC, TV, and up to date bathroom. The staff is available but non-intrusive. Quebec is a friendly place, and nearly all locals switch easily to English, if needed. This hotel can also speak Mandarin. The stairs are steep as they are in many of these older buildings, so the upper floors are not for anyone who would be challenged climbing stairs. We payed the hotel for a parking pass in a nearby underground garage. Twenty dollars Canadian per day. They have a few passes available for purchase. There was no breakfast that I saw, though you could have a pot of coffee brewed in the office area. There was a small table for 3 or 4. There is a pastry and coffee shop just up the street.

Staff are friendly, room is a clean and location is superb, its very accessible. Free coffee and water is a bonus. Wifi can use a little boost but other than that, this hotel is amazing for its price. Highly reccomended.

Location is perfect, at the heart of Old Quebec! The property is old and the room is old with a newer bathroom, but clean! I like that they have pull-out bed.

I was upgraded to the apartment suite which was right by St Jean. Front desk also gave me great food recommendations when I checked in.

Location is great! If you are looking for a place just to sleep this is the place.
