部屋はきれい スタッフもフレンドリー

ロケーションは最高だと思います。サンルイ通りの真ん中あたりにあって、どこに行くのも便利！ただし、駅またはバスチューボからの登坂はきついです。 古いアパートのような入口も風情があって良いのですが、わかっていたこととはいえ、二段ベットの部屋は狭く、窓もきちんと閉まらないし、ボロボロ間満載で、入ったとたんにテンション下がりました。部屋には冷蔵庫は無く（フロント前にあったようですが）、館内の自販機の水は冷えていないし、そしてその割に高い！立地と雰囲気以外は二度目は無いと思います。

The hotel is at the center of Quebec City, the staffs are so friendly, and they made me early check in.

立地はとても便利。受付に誰もいないときに留守番している中国人の女性は、英語が全く理解できない様子でとても困った。 アメニティは固形石鹸とコンディショニングシャンプーのみ。歯ブラシ等はない。

The room was nice and clean, we had room #10. The washroom is huge.Air conditioner in room as well. Barbara was friendly and welcoming. Location is great. There is a mini fridge in room, but we can use coffee machine and microwave in the reception. The room is small though. I think the price is high because of location, a few steps from the chateau, 300 m from Tim Hortons and all around are restaurants. Parking place is very convenient located front of the property just across the street.

The location, location, location is great and staff helpful. All we did is walk around Old Quebec City. It is so beautiful! The one thing I missed was I knew there was no parking on site but Parking was close by, what I missed is you need to check in and pay for parking and then you can park around the corner from Auberge Saint-Louis. We did find parking a short walk away but just wanted to mention that for fellow travellers. It was a great place to stay. Thank you.

Just to let you know, the dining and living room areas are shared, as well as the washroom. There’s also a fridge and microwave available, but they are shared too. Only the shower is private.

In need of maintenance. Torn shower curtain. Dripping bathroom taps. Water leaking from toilet so floor was always wet

The room wasn’t clean enough and super cramped and there was no washroom in the room! We paid for 2 nights 500 bucks and we received facilities like a motel! The only positive point about it was its access to historic places . Even the staff weren’t helpful. I don’t recommend it at all!

Everything was clean. The front desk lady was very kind. Great location right in the downtown of old Quebec, very walkable. Walls are VERY thin though so you hear everything. Be prepared if you're a light sleeper. The stairs in the hotel is interesting, be careful when you have a few drinks beforehand. Overall love this place, it really fits the old Quebec vibe.

L’emplacement est très pratique pour visiter le Vieux Québec. Pour quelques nuits, c’est parfait. toutefois les murs ne sont pas insonorisés, on entend très bien le bruit dans le corridor. La chambre est très petite. A noter que ce n’est pas adapté pour personne à mobilité réduite car il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et les marches sont très étroites et abruptes.

The hotel needs major renos . My air conditioning made major noise at 4h30 AM . Only 1 shower on the floor . What can you expect for that price, 1 star hotel .

The location was excellent for exploring old Quebec City. It was a cute and clean hotel. Staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful. Parking was $20per night across the street. We booked a room with a private bathroom. The room was small, but pleasant and great for our 1 night stay. I would definitely stay again.

The room I reserved was clean, well-organized, and appropriate for a solo traveler. Everything was fine with the room, and it was very useful that they have a sink and tap in the room. The air conditioning worked well, which was important since there was a heat wave when I was visiting. The location is excellent since Auberge Saint-Louis is located very close to the river and in the heart of the old city. There are so many great restaurants and cafes in the immediate neighborhood. In terms of improvements, the staff at the front desk can be more friendly and welcoming. They barely look up and never greet you. There doesn't seem to be a sense of hospitality, and they seemed untrained. The bathroom for the room I reserved was shared. It was conveniently located right next to the room, but they need to clean it more often (specifically the toilet bowl) and check on the toilet paper more often, precisely because it is a shared bathroom. There were days when the trash bin wasn't emptied till much later in the day. Some of the guests can be loud in the passageway and close / slam doors loudly, which can disrupt your rest. Perhaps the property can put up a notice so that guests are informed to close the doors softly, which is easily done, to prevent disrupting other guests.
