部屋に財布を忘れてしまい海外なので諦めていたら フロントで保管されていた。 現金１０万円に各クレジットカードが入ってました。 信用の出来るホテルです。設備もサービスも満足です。

食事に行く時のフロアーが滑る、バスタブが狭くてシャワーカーテンを付けて欲しいです。シャワーの後、床が濡れてしまいます。後は、素敵なホテルだと思います。

今回の旅で合計5泊しました。スタッフの明るい対応、快適な部屋など全てに満足できる滞在でした。ホテル内のATM、空港との往復は深夜でも直行バズが利用でき、利便性も良くお勧めのできるホテルです。

Our balcony was very dirty looks like it hadn’t been clean in a few weeks and our room was sub par. most of the plug outlets were broken and room phone didn’t work so had to walk all the way to reception to place an order. Housekeep walked in when we had our ‘do not disturb’ button switched on. far from great customer service. 3/5 stars

Delicious and friendly staff

The staff were very welcoming, the food was great, saddened that there was no microwaves. The rooms were clean and parking space was great.

Amazing

The room that we were in was a disabled room. We were not disabled. No shower curtain. We had a few coach roaches in the room and the power points came out of it socket. However, the staff was really friendly and the food was excellent. The service was great.

Overall an OK stay. Has recently gone under new ownership who seem to be cheapening everything unfortunately. As the last Sheraton left in Samoa Sheraton need to keep a close eye on this hotel so the brand is not damaged. The food was inconsistent some dishes great, but others including sandwiches were served with stale bread and over complicated fillings. My wife ended up with food poisoning from the Nasi goreng filled with clearly left over prawns. We had the suite on site (the one in the pictures) which was wonderful. The Spa is a disaster run by the rudest woman on the planet. Not a local but an import from somewhere. The pool area is great. In summary a mixed bag - the hotel showing signs of a downward trend.

Fantastic clean and beautiful

The pool is amazing, staff amazing, management amazing, food amazing and genuine care from all encounters.

Shuttle service was fine. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.

Room was clean, bed was very comfy which is nice . Showers need a better design kept leaving my floor soaking wet

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. Excellent bed, nice shower and extra towels on request. Samoa is prone to power outages and we were thankful for the generator. We took advantage of the spa for foot massages. We were in easy walking distance of the Samoan Cultural Village - which was a nice way to spend a morning. The Sheraton staff went out of their way to help us arrange transportation to the airport and back for a day trip to American Samoa to visit the US National Park. Only complaint I would have is there were no wipes in the gym. I suspect shortages of many items may occur due to shipping issues. I will be honest. We originally were not planning to stay here, but issues with air conditioning at another highly reviewed resort had us doing a last minute reservation. We are extremely glad we made the change as these facilities and the room conditions were far superior to our original reservation.
