部屋に財布を忘れてしまい海外なので諦めていたら フロントで保管されていた。 現金１０万円に各クレジットカードが入ってました。 信用の出来るホテルです。設備もサービスも満足です。

食事に行く時のフロアーが滑る、バスタブが狭くてシャワーカーテンを付けて欲しいです。シャワーの後、床が濡れてしまいます。後は、素敵なホテルだと思います。

今回の旅で合計5泊しました。スタッフの明るい対応、快適な部屋など全てに満足できる滞在でした。ホテル内のATM、空港との往復は深夜でも直行バズが利用でき、利便性も良くお勧めのできるホテルです。

The place was great room was good, however the bath tap did not turn on, and it was the main reason why I had booked that room. No one whatsoever came and checked even after complaining about it. Also staff was very terrible, so many miscommunication and poor management when deals with problems. Not a good first experience

Staff are exceptional, very polite and helpful with every request, room has nice balcony overlooking the harbour. Water replenished every day with fresh towels. Convenient location close to everything, plenty of parking for your hire car.

Right from the start we were welcome with an amazing staff. Check in was quick and easy. Staff assisted us with carrying all our luggage’s to the room while we sipped on the complimentary drink. Through out our 7 day stay at the Sheraton, we felt nothing but genuine hospitality and care from the team in Apia. Thank you for making our trip extra special. The room was clean and very spacious. The check out was just as easy and quick.

Enjoyed our stay, we had the King Harbor view room, everything was perfect except the shower/bath which was very dirty and quite small, location of toilet was in a weird spot facing and almost touching the wall, no extractor fan in bathroom, ranch slider was stuck and difficult to open & close, othwise location of Hotel was perfect, with exceptional service. Comfy bed & staff welcomed us with words made out of petals n leaves on our bed to congratulate us on our anniversary which was a very nice touch, thank you 🙏

Wellness centre staff was lovely, massage was wonderful, exactly what I needed ❤️ Staff were polite, professional and helpful. Services were timely and thorough. Room and all areas were clean and felt safe. Electrical outlets needed single maintenance call out. All together, our family really enjoyed our stay.

We booked our stay in advance and paid the same if not more then the rest of my family, but they all ended up staying in the main building and we were relegated right out the back, above the wellness centre. That was disappointing as my children were located far away from the rest of their cousins and felt isolated back there. There was a direct entry from where we were, to the car park, but always felt a little unsafe as it was opened all night and though there was always people present near the gate, we weren’t sure who were employees and who were strangers lurking around the area.

Our kids loved the pool and we used the gym and spa were great! Some of the food didn’t seem super fresh and took quite some time. We also had an issue w the safety and security of our room and belongings but overall we made the most of our stay and had a good time. Most of the staff were lovely and very helpful.

Thank you for making my mom and sisters stay comfortable while attending a funeral. Appreciate you all.
