部屋や設備　は綺麗でとても快適だった。 ただ受付のスタッフが、私が英語をほとんど話せないとわかってからずっと無視され悪態をつかれた。 英語を話せないこちらも悪いが、あまりにも差別的態度だった。

朝食が付いてきました。 コンシェルジュがとても親切です。チェックアウト時に大切な荷物を部屋に忘れてしまいましたが、後日問い合わせると、荷物を保管してくれていて、無事に受け取ることができました。とても親切で良い体験をすることができました。ありがとうございます！

EG Private House exceeded my expectations. The staff at all levels were just awesome. I was well taken care of.

The unit was in fair condition. Paint on the inside of bathroom door was peeling. Toilet seat was not properly secured and sliding around when you sit on it. There was cardboard with duct tape covering a hole in the wall under the bathroom sink. Had to call to request towels upon arrival as there were no towels provided.

My wife and I received such gracious hospitality from the entire staff!!! Every question and minor issue we communicated to the staff was addressed quickly and efficiently. The room was spacious and well stocked. The breakfast that was brought to our room daily was excellent! The location of the complex could not be better. Thank you to all the administration and staff!!! You are the BEST!!!

The room was immaculate, and the staff were warm and helpful. The complimentary breakfast and welcome food gift were a nice touch. I look forward to booking with this EG Private House again when I go back.

Pros: Very good location. Cons:We usually shower under the faucet since hot water doesn’t last in the shower. Dim light in the bathroom, it’s hard to put my make up. Don’t expect too much with breakfast, usually pasta. Hard bed.

The bathroom it gets flooded when u shower. They don’t give enough towels. Theres 5 of us n got only 2 towels.

Staff is inattentive. Gave us one key and did not ask how many we needed. Upon checkin to the room, they only had one bath towel. Requested for two additional, they gave us that smelled like dirty rags.

Good excellent beautiful and nice place

The pool area was undrr construction during our stay. The TV was not working. Somebody came in to fix it but as soon as TV was turned off, issue was back again. Ended up with no TV for the duration of our stay. In fairness, place was clean and location is very accessible to everything we need.

My one night stay was great! Very accommodating. I was able to check in an hour early and the hosts were very responsive helping me with all my needs. The rooms are also clean and comfortable. They also let me leave my luggages while I explored the area after check out. Highly recommend and would stay here again if ever I’m in the area!

Our room was perfect for a family of 4. Customer service was excellent, the place was spotless and it was very comfortable. It's also at a great location, close to shops and restaurants. There's also a grocery store downstairs. Our concierge was very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

The service here really stood out to me. This was my first time in the Philippines - so naturally it can feel a bit daunting trying to get acclimated. The staff and owner really helped me in this department and made sure I felt at home and had everything I needed to enjoy my trip. I would highly recommend this location for newcomers as well as those who visit frequently and want a great set of amenities.

A super view at night, clean room, superb staff. But breakfast to me was somewhat odd; soup for breakfast? Just improve your breakfast. Thanks ! But, overall, I love the place and planning to come back next year.
