It was very beautiful and comfortable to stay there. The jacuzzi was also wonderful. The food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel in Banff.

Rooftop hot pool was amazing!

Beautiful property. Conveniently located. You can take the bus or walk to the Main Street where all the restaurants and gift shops are. Hot tubs were beautiful and gym well equipped. Daily complimentary coffee was a bonus! Lady at the front desk with blonde help was super helpful with giving us instructions to get around. I had an amazing stay for my 40th birthday!

We had a fantastic stay here, everyone was so nice and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. I love how they use Rocky Mountain Co. In their rooms, it smells delightful! The front desk is super friendly and when we brought up our concerns they did say that they were still training a lot of their staff. They do need to improve on their linens and laundry, they do not use duvet covers but sandwich them between two flat sheets and the bottom sheet is also a flat sheet! So when we got into bed the first night everything lifted off the base mattress at once and seeing a bare hotel mattress with stains and all… it was gross. It would be nice if they used king pillows in their king suites. We also booked a king superior suite but on check in we were told we got upgraded to a…. King superior suite! It’s really a non issue but good to know. We came out for my birthday and they hand delivered a chocolate cake and a voucher for Good Folk down stairs (such an amazing restaurant!) so where there was service it was exceptional and we will be back to stay at their sister hotel Canoe and Suites.

Room is new and clean. All staffs are trained and friendly. Hot tub on rooftop is beautiful with excellent view.

Wow, my wife found a clip in Tik-Tok about this hotel….So glad we booked! The stay was absolutely fantastic. The room was superb, the hot tub and sauna, fabulous and the food in the restaurant, some of the best I’ve had in a long long time! Well done to all at the Otter!

We LOVED the hotel, everything was clean, the rooms were well designed. We particularly liked the tea and coffee in the rooms, it was great to have a kettle and real milk/cream although a spoon would have been nice. Great views from the hot tub. The hotel is a little out of town but they do offer a bus service.

Such a fabulous stay! Clean and quiet double-Queen bedroom with an additional sink in the room, apart from the washroom, gives it more functionality. The daily coffee/tea delivery is exceptional. Rooms include a waterfall shower, patio, and access to hot tub pools with a bathrobe for lounging on shared patio spaces. The restaurant downstairs is excellent in quality and service, while the front desk helps you get around the town by offering free bus vouchers. The bus stop is located right across the road and conveniently has a fuel station there as well for late-night snacks. If you're going to Banff, this is the place to stay for relaxation, fun, and a great jumping-off point for sightseeing, skiing, and enjoying the town.
