It was very beautiful and comfortable to stay there. The jacuzzi was also wonderful. The food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel in Banff.

Hotel had a very European feel to it. Very nicely kept, comfortable beds, incredible hot tubs, and two great restaurants, one casual and one more upscale. Both delicious!

This is a very welcoming property with excellent, elevated hot pools, a great sauna and sitting area. The staff supplies you with all the accoutrements for pour over coffee in the your room. The rooms are cozy and efficient and don't leave you wanting for more. The underground parking is easy and isn't an extra cost as most places are these days. The resteraunt has fabulous food and all of the staff are friendly. Can't recommend the Otter enough.

Wonderful stay! The hot tub was super relaxing and the views were great. Great coffee, loved the bus pass for access to the town and the soaps in the rooms used all local which helped add to the relaxing atmosphere.

Everything was excellent! Highly recommend.

Beautiful & practical rooms. Hands down my favourite bathroom products and in refillable dispensers in stead of bite-size bottles. The complimentary coffee in the morning is a firm favourite too.

Great location-close to downtown but not in a busy area for when you need downtime.

What a beautiful experience. The rooms feel very spa-like, amenities and hot tubs/outdoor sitting areas with fire pits create a wonderful oasis. The staff are so friendly and helpful and you can’t beat the amazing dining at Good Folk.

Facilities are in great working stage. The hot tub patio has seating areas with fireplaces. Awesome spot to be after ski day. Good, clean and friendly hotel. My little Pomeranian was welcomed and we had no issues with pet policy. Recommend for the retreat in Banff

Balcony was a great view of banff. Outdoor hot tub was a great feature.

Rooftop hot tub was gorgeous and open late. Sauna next to it added bonus. Excellent restaurant and parking on site. Staff courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

Great place but it’s a 20 minute walk from downtown. You get free bus passes tho, hotel is great, clean, spa is wow and friendly. Restaurant is good but super expensive but tasty. No casual family options, there’s a family restaurant next door in the sister hotel but we took a lot of starters and meal and it was the worst place we ate in Banff, the coffee shop however is splendid. Would recommend but better off eating at AeW next door if you’re on a family budget.

Great hotel. Hot pools outdoors were awesome. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Housekeeping was a bit slow. We would get back after 4 pm from being out skiing all day and nothing done. Also, on checkout, we forgot a double charger in room and when I called back end of day, nothing had been turned in from them to front desk.

Very nice and well maintained hotel, beautiful, spacious and comfortable room with a view on the mountain, excellent hot bath area in the open and sauna and decent gym (even though the addition of weighs and mats would be welcome). The only facility which we miss was an office area where to read and use the computer. However all together really excellent and very good quality for money.

It was an all around great hotel!!

The location was perfect on the main road at the end of town. Quieter and easily accessible by walking in the town or via bus. We had the mountain view room, which was beautiful. The hotel was very clean and offered coffee and delicious maple tea to prepare in your room. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious! The affiliate hotel across the street was great for breakfast or a nightcap. We look forward to a return visit!

Property makes a great first impression with friendly and helpful staff, lovely pool area, good dining. Rooms a little tight but well equipped, though the in-counter fridge was not very cold. The spa shower was 10/10. Sleep, however, was difficult. Because of its size this hotel appeals to groups and conferences and the doors close heavily, shake the walls and echo down the hall as group members go between rooms throughout the night. We were really looking forward to this stay but will not return and would not recommend. There are more comfortable sleeps in Banff at this price.
