Good

It was very beautiful and comfortable to stay there. The jacuzzi was also wonderful. The food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel in Banff.

Amazing

Heated underground parking was great. The hot tubs are wonderful to warm up after a day of snowboarding. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Otter was great!

Amazing staff, location, and property/amenities. Will be staying there again when in Banff.

Fantastic stay. We loved the room and amenities. Real in room cofffee with fresh cream or milk. Nice touch. Enjoyed the Outdoor hot pools, big pools not tiny hot tubs, looking up at the mountains. Used them everyday. The property is a ways from downtown but the free roam bus passes save your parking worries. We did not use the restaurant so can’t comment on that. Indoor parking in the parkade makes it super easy too! Highly recommend this property.

Great staff and service. We were early to check in so they let us use the hot tubs and rushed to get our room ready early for no extra charge. Heated underground parking was a great benefit

Great time!

Architectural details were beautiful, hot tub is great! Went to Good Folk for breakfast and it was sooo delicious, as was the excellent happy hour at Sudden Sally just next door.

Our stay at the Otter Hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helped with restaurant suggestions and provided umbrellas on a rainy day. There was plenty of parking in the heated garages. The ski lockers were very convenient. The coffee and hot chocolate amenities are a very nice touch. Our family ate dinner at the restaurant on site one evening. The food was just "ok" and a bit pricey. We preferred the breakfast and lunch at the sister property right next door at Sudden Sally. It is a 40 minute drive Lake Louise ski resort and a 20 minute drive to Sunshine ski. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

The hotel was terrific, easy underground parking, spa like roof top hot tub area with many gas fire pits. It's a bit further down the Banff strip then others but not a big deal.

Beautiful aesthetic, great food in restaurants, loved the rooftop hot pools.

Ski slopes reached by car. Locqtion in Banff is good for sights,restaurants,some hikes.

We were given a complimentary 3-day bus pass and schedule to get around downtown, which relieved so much pressure having to worry about parking when wanting to get to our restaurant which was in a more central part of town. This also would be great if staying longer and utilizing it for getting to the ski hills. The hotel was beautiful and clean with easy access to parking and restaurants on the property which were both fantastic. While there isn't a room service option is is very quick and easy to order ahead and pick up take-away from both restaurants. Great stay!
