Beautiful aesthetic, great food in restaurants, loved the rooftop hot pools.

Ski slopes reached by car. Locqtion in Banff is good for sights,restaurants,some hikes.

We were given a complimentary 3-day bus pass and schedule to get around downtown, which relieved so much pressure having to worry about parking when wanting to get to our restaurant which was in a more central part of town. This also would be great if staying longer and utilizing it for getting to the ski hills. The hotel was beautiful and clean with easy access to parking and restaurants on the property which were both fantastic. While there isn't a room service option is is very quick and easy to order ahead and pick up take-away from both restaurants. Great stay!

Rooms were great, spacious & ski slopes were easy to access through Roam transit.

It has a greay outdoor heated pool area with gas fire pits and coaches. Modern rooms.

Local Bus and Ski Shuttle stops right at the front or within a 2 min walk. A&W and convenience store across the street for a quick breakfast and snacks. Great hot tub/sauna. Super clean and friendly staff. Walk to downtown in 15 min. Easy/easy/easy.

I loved this hotel! The hot top outside was so nice and relaxing! Also when we arrived we got a little package with our choice of coffee, tea, milk and creamer! I would 100% recommend this place and stay again!

Excellent hotel. Staff are incredible, the location is perfect for mountain access and short walk to Banff central. Only one thing to question is housekeeping. Very inconsistent service of room. Linen & towels changed only if you ask.

Outdoor hot tub was amazing!

Stayed here recently and overall had a solid experience. The room was clean, amenities were decent, and the location made it super easy to catch buses to the ski hills - which was a big plus. Hot tub was really amazing - great views of the mountains. But honestly, the highlight of our stay was a staff member named Reese. Without being asked, Reese tracked down a microwave, toaster, and cutlery for us - the kind of initiative you just don't expect from hotel staff. Friendly, proactive, and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay better. That's the kind of person who deserves to move up. Minor note: a vacuum pass during a multi-night stay would've been appreciated, but it's a small thing. Would stay again - especially knowing Reese is on the team.

Hotel is nice , clean , beautiful hotel for the mountains. Hot tubs are great and with heated floor in the pool area Nice to get bus passes to downtown ..that is a great feature. It was definitely disappointing as we asked for a quiet area and our luck was with us as we got placed by the loudest family of children who wake up at 7am slamming doors multiple times with no consideration of us around. Plus the elevator was right next to our room so it was definitely not a quiet area in the hotel. We came to relax and sleep in as we have been exhausted from our jobs. So my next request will be please put us by the loudest area then maybe a hotel will finally give us a quiet area.

Otter hotel is clean and new, and hot tub is definitely high light! Location is convenient. The hotel is very thoughtful, it provides bus tickets through Banff ave, and close to the shuttle bus stations to ski resort.
