호텔의 구성은 좋았으나 직원의 응대가 불친절했습니다. 체크인 시 여권과 각종 물건을 손으로 건내주는게아니라 살짝 밀어서 주더라구요. 또한 전체적인 응대도 귀찮게 느껴졌습니다.

Great staff and people. Made the stay memorable

very spacious and clean rooms, with heated floor in bathroom. amazing view. hot tub with the view is exactly what I needed after hike. the service was great, they offer tea and coffee, there's a cleaning, and you can ask extras like a toothpaste and a brush. quite area, free spacious parking garage.

The rooms are well appointed and the hot tub was the highlight of the stay.

Staff very helpful, the hot tub is awesome, and amazing breakfast. I do have to mention the AC in the room is a bit loud, I only got used to it in the second maybe third night.

Wonderful spa facilities in an immaculate setting.

Outdoor pool was the highlight and was amazing with the views and fire pits. Staff were very helpful and coffee was a nice touch. Our room location was right by stairs to exit out a side door and it was super noisy. Every time people exited it caused our door to rattle and we could hear everything they were saying. It woke us up a number of times. The bathroom also had a large window in it that felt very awkward and you had to close the blinds. The balcony was looking at a side street so view was mostly residential with a bit of mountain off to the side. I didn’t love the pillows and found them too large for my neck. I would probably book the Canoe next time with a balcony looking at the mountains and just walk over to use the pool. Hotel is quieter than some down the strip and easy to get to when you enter Banff. We used a combination of bus and walked back sometimes from the restaurants and shopping which was nice. I would not stay in that specific room again. Experience would probably have been better in another room.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay for our wedding. They prepped the room with necessities, as well as a nice surprise, and everyone from the reservations department to the front desk, at all hours, was so helpful. Shout out to Dave C in reservations, and Leon, Rhys, and Dave at the front desk for truly making us feel at home every day of our stay. Leon went above and beyond to make us feel like family being welcomed home. Really the best stay. We did our first look on the roof with the pools in the morning, and it was pretty epic. Our stay at the Otter Hotel was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. The entire property is spotless and well‑organized. We loved how many amenities were available, everything from the hot pool, sauna, fitness center, and guest laundry to the super convenient refillable water bottle station and indoor garage. Even the bus stop right in front of the hotel made getting around incredibly easy. The hotel provides free bus tickets, umbrellas for rainy days and bear spray. It also provides free coffee and tea that you can brew in your room. Safe and mini-fridge in the room have a slightly bigger design than other hotels. Good Folk, their on‑site restaurant, was a standout! It offered an upscale dining experience with excellent service and a cozy atmosphere, truly one of the highlights of our stay. Breakfast is served from 7:00an to noon which makes it great for no rush days. The location of the Hotel was perfect: about a 20‑minute walk to downtown Banff or just a quick 10‑minute bus ride. We also had a gorgeous mountain view right from our balcony, which made mornings and evenings feel extra special. Overall, the Otter Hotel delivered comfort, convenience, and beauty in every detail. We would absolutely stay here again.

Incredibly helpful and nice staff. The hot pools were so relaxing. The hotel gives you a free bus pass to get to the downtown area which is also within a short walking distance within a mile.

good restaurant. was very clean and updated. The hot tube facing castle mountain was great , as were the firepits. Parking was easy too I would stay again
