ホテルズドットコムで8日間予約したにもかかわらず、予約されていない、この会社ては取引がないと言われ大変困りました。わざわざ友人の家の近くのホテルをとり予約確認書まで発行されていたにもかかわらず酷い話です。 何とか当日は確保できましたが土日は満室と断られ、車で15分くらいのホテルを紹介されました。 リムーの中心はこのホテルともう1軒の高いホテルしかありません。 バカンス時期は繁盛期で空室もありません。だから何か月も前から予約してるのに、、、 危うく女1人で野宿になりそうになりました。 せっかくの夏休みが行ったはいいが部屋がないなんて最低です。さんざんな夏休みでした。 ホテルのドットコムの方にも当日フランスから日本のサービスセンターにクレームを電話しましたが、対応の悪さに驚くばかり。わからないからと1時間も国際電話をしたのに返答もなく、コレクトコールも掛け直すことも不可と言われ、その後の返答もメールもありません。 日本に帰国してから再度メールしましたが一向に返答もありません。 ホテル側の予約ミスなのかホテルドットコムのミスなのかはどちらかが、嘘をついているのかはわかりませんが、ホテル側は一応1番良いお部屋を提供してくださいました。 しかし、ホテルズドットコムの対応の悪さには驚きます。何の為のサービスセンターなのか、ミスは仕方ないにしろその後の対応がひどすぎます。 1時間以上かかった国際電話のお金も返して欲しいです。

Quirky. Initially disappointed our room was in a building off of the square, but people so nice, room perfectly clean, great shower, even a good bed. So all in all great!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Les Arcades for the Limoux carnival. It seems to be family run and we had a great welcome before being shown to the room, a little way down to the side of the building shown. The top floor apartment was clean and spacious for 3 and had an excellent shower. House keeping were very attentive to keeping the place tidy with fresh towels etc despite the constant influx of confetti from the carnival. A fun time. thanks.

Très bien propre et personnel sympathique

The building is old but our room was big and nicely updated. The hosts were very kind and secure storage for our bikes was no problem.

Amazing room but lots of confusion with booking payment and breakfast was a mess . I hit there at 830 to find a disaster of a room with almost nothing to eat but a croissant and coffee . Plus lots of flies . But hotel room was large and so nice with great bed so if they just fix a few things it be great for them and guests

Accueil excellent, la chambre au 3eme etage etait agréable, donnait sur la place mais un peu vieillote ! L'hôtel en general est un peu vieillot mais l'accueil est tellement sympa qu'on en oublie ce petit détail !

Great location in the center of town. Nice town with many festivals throughout the year. Beautiful and historic part of the country!

What a great little Hotel. It had everything, in the main square, great welcome and friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and had self catering facilities if needed. Not sure how the bad reviews came about as nothing to complain about.

Appartamento grande con piccolo angolo cottura in una struttura un po' datata. Ottimo qualità-prezzo.
