３泊しましたが、２泊目の夜あたりから、入室時の鍵のカードキーが機能せず、入室できなかった。部屋を変えるよう、依頼したが、対応してもらえず、何度も部屋とスタッフのいるカウンターを往復し、最終的にはスタッフに鍵を何度も手動のカギで開けてもららわないと、入室できなかった。

部屋が生活でWi-Fiも最強でした！

チェックイン時支払いの件で少しゴタついたこと(これはホテルというよりHotels.comの掲載の仕方、説明不備が誤解を呼んだように思います。チャットサービスもお粗末でした)以外は問題もなく部屋も屋上プールも快適でとてもよかったです。環境に配慮してかペーパーレスやアメニティ最小限化も好感がもてました。(ただwifiなど最低限のインフォメーションは紙でなくてもよいので欲しかったです )部屋の清掃も行き届いていて素晴らしかったです。レインシャワーの穴が所々詰まっていてあらぬ方向に飛び散りまくってたのはちょっと残念でしたが。。。定期的にメンテナンスしたほうがいいです。ロケーションも静かでなおかつスーパー近くて最高。また利用したいと思える宿でした。

I booked this hotel on short notice because the hotel I stayed in in Cancun was so filthy. I wanted to escape from the poor hotel as soon as possible, so even though I arrived earlier than the check-in time, I was able to get into the room early because it was ready. Anyway, all the hotel staff are kind and smiling. It is recommended.

Room was clean and the bed was firm but comfortable. It would have been nice to have a sofa or soft chairs to watch TV. Instead there is a bed, two hard chairs and a small kitchen table. Two of the floor to ceiling patio doors slide open providing good access. Balcony has two folding chairs and a small table. Our room faced the rear of the building that is shaded by trees providing some privacy and an opportunity to watch local birds who like to perch on the branches. There is a Yoga studio below and you can sometimes hear people talk and some music but it didn't bother us. The kitchen includes utensils for two people and two frying pans but no pots. There is a coffee maker, a toaster and a microwave. The fridge is full-sized and there is a 2-element hot plate for cooking. Bring your own sugar, salt, pepper, etc... We did have a couple of issues. The deadbolt would not lock from the inside. We reported it to the manager but he was not helpful so we had to rely on the outside lock (this should be fixed). We also found the building a bit noisy which is mostly due to the walls being concrete and the ceramic tile floors. Expect to hear some noise from the hallways and nearby stairs (doors slamming, people talking, etc...), especially at night. The rooftop amenities are limited (3 lounge chairs, 3 day beds, 3 hammocks) but there is a separate sitting area, plus tables and chairs next to the grilling stations (2). It was always very busy up on the roof.

La chambre et personnel très bien. Par contre au niveau des équipements, il n'y avait pas assez d'ustensiles, les couteaux de service ne coupent pas bien. La porte du réfrigérateur n'ouvrait pas du bon côté ( chambre #505) de sorte qu'il fallait toujours déplacer la table de chevet afin d'avoir accès à l'intérieur du frigo.

Sehr sehr schlechtes Hotel!!!!! Geplant war ein Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten. Wir haben ein Zimmer auf ded 1. Etage zum Hinterhof hin bekommen. Kurz vor dem Schlafen gehen haben wir festgestellt, dass die Balkontüre sich nicht schließen lässt. Direkt haben wir dem Mutarbeiter darüber informiert. Dieser meinte, dass er nichts machen kann. Wir sollen mit offener Türe schlafen. Dieser Mitarbeiter war so dreißt und unverschämt. Wir haben so etwas noch nie!!!! erlebt. Es gab freie Zimmer, aber wr wollte sich nicht die Mühe machen uns ein anderes Zimmer zuzuteilen. Obwohl wir ihm gesagt haben, dass wir Angst haben, war es ihm egal. Niemals könnten wir dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen!!
