部屋が生活でWi-Fiも最強でした！

チェックイン時支払いの件で少しゴタついたこと(これはホテルというよりHotels.comの掲載の仕方、説明不備が誤解を呼んだように思います。チャットサービスもお粗末でした)以外は問題もなく部屋も屋上プールも快適でとてもよかったです。環境に配慮してかペーパーレスやアメニティ最小限化も好感がもてました。(ただwifiなど最低限のインフォメーションは紙でなくてもよいので欲しかったです )部屋の清掃も行き届いていて素晴らしかったです。レインシャワーの穴が所々詰まっていてあらぬ方向に飛び散りまくってたのはちょっと残念でしたが。。。定期的にメンテナンスしたほうがいいです。ロケーションも静かでなおかつスーパー近くて最高。また利用したいと思える宿でした。

I booked this hotel on short notice because the hotel I stayed in in Cancun was so filthy. I wanted to escape from the poor hotel as soon as possible, so even though I arrived earlier than the check-in time, I was able to get into the room early because it was ready. Anyway, all the hotel staff are kind and smiling. It is recommended.

É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos nesse hotel. Equipe simpática, quarto agradável e limpo, silencioso, cozinha funcional, piscina bem legal. Localização um pouco distante e poderia ter uma pequena academia. Mas adoramos nossa estadia e voltaremos!

The bathroom smelled bad (very humid as if coming from sewage), ventilation was bad and there was mold. We only stayed here for 2 nights and were outside most of the time. The room itself was clean but the bathroom was bad. I would not stay here again.

Room was clean ,staff was happy and helpful, great pool and also the place is in the perfect location ,not far from 5th ave and far enough away for restaurants and stores to be cheaper.

Great location. Staff was amazing Norma clean our room in our stay and she was very pleasant. The two girls in the reception were awesome vey helpful. The water in the jacuzzi and the pool was cold so we didn’t enjoy that but the roof top was really nice. Overall I give 5 stars I would definitely stay there again.

The hot tub was ice cold but everything else was decent

After a night out we expected to wake up late the next day. Unfortunately, the soundproofing of the room is a 0/10. Our room was located on the ground floor and outside there was a yoga class at 8am if not earlier. The participants were chatting and it woke us up because they were right on the other side of our wall and sounded like they were in our room. And around the same time, housekeepers were smashing the doors of the neighboring rooms as they were cleaning. We heard them chatting very clearly as well from our bed. With all those loud noises we had no way to fall back asleep. That was not a good experience after a night out. Aside from the noises, the room was nice and clean, the employees were nice and the check-in and check-out went smoothly. It's unfortunate that they do not have parking for the clients.

Ausstattung und Lage, Personal ebenfalls freundlich. Alles bestens.

Ac worked great. Lots of noise from suite above, furniture being moved constantly. Asked for room its glass balcony railing on quiet side (as returning guests we knew what we wanted). Got a room with cement balcony, on third floor above busy street. We had booked and sent request months prior to arrival. Allowed day visitors at pool, and children were allowed in rooms (adult only). Not sure if we will be back.

Staff were very mice and cleaning staff were constantly cleaning...place was spotless . they were also very sweet

Todo muy bien muy agradable muy cómodo céntrico solo que las almohadas están horribles horribles horribles horribles horribles pase las noches más horribles hasta que tuve que comprar una almohada si es posible traigan sus almohadas
