I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. What made my experience even better was the exceptional service at the front desk. Daffa, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He made the check-in process smooth and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. I will definitely return and recommend this place to others!

Kami sangat terkesan dengan kebersihan dan keramahan staff hotel. Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, nggak perlu khawatir kalau mau makan. Banyak pilihan sesuai selera di sekitar hotel.

The place was quiet & cozy, good, and clean. They have a nice covid protocol and great time. The front office also doing their job wonderfully good, Miss Salsa (I think that is her name) especially. Overall, a good experience

Staff hotel sangat membantu dan informatif saat check in, lokasi hotel strategis di area pusat kota, menu sarapan bervariasi dan enak ditambah pas sarapan view-nya langsung ke Monas dan Masjid Istiqlal. Ini kali kedua menginap di Yuan.

Pelayanan oke, AC dingin, ikut anjuran pemerintah prokes.
