Room was awesome, but hotel location is too far from station.

I had one night stay at this inn. The innkeeper lady was so friendly and helpful, like a typical kind-hearted grandma in stories. The room is spacious and very clean. Although the room has traditional setting, there is ac, heater, tv, secure cabinet, and water boiler. Be sure to reserve for breakfast beforehand tho, I forgot and tried to book on the spot,but its already full :'(. All in all, awesome place, i'll definitely stay here again in the future.

친절한 직원. 모든 시설이 완비된 주방, 무료 커피. 가장 가까운 식료품점은 100m 이내에 있지만 도로 경사로 인해 걷기가 쉽지 않습니다. 지역 레스토랑까지 걸어가야 합니다.

We missed last bus from gotemba, catch a taxi to Hakone. Quite expensive for 11 km distance. We checked in at late 8 pm. Surprise got big room, 2 japanese futons more than enough for two of us. Clean spacious room, nice bath onsen. The staff not speaks english but ok. Breakfast just cookies juice and coffee. Nice morning view from balcony. Forestry scenery. Not to far to catch bus to Gora st. Very good.

The building itself looks old, even the onsen room looks mossy especially the ceiling. But even the building like that, I can say that I'm satisfied with this hotel because the service is so amazing. Although we're arrived late at night (around 21:30) and the hotel staff had been left because the staff only there until 20:30, it still left a note with that easy to understand. The onsen is hot enough, but the most I admired was the food. It is so delicious and always looks beautiful. The yukata too is nice. The room to have a small sit area with some views

This is one really amazing upon check in, we get the coupon for mini free drinks ❤️ we got a glass of umeshu and nihonshu and I think the capsule we got, is the biggest capsule they have.. So... Plenty of space to sat inside and to put our belongings. They even get us the map of the area, hand-drawn! It's really cute that we could know the nearest onsen, or the nearest kombini.. And that one onsen, has a bargaining price if you had stayed in azito.. This is the cutest hostel I ever stayed in japan.

고라역과 매우 가깝습니다! 매력적인 그린 호텔입니다. 저녁 식사 추가가 가능하지만, 추가가 없더라도 공용 공간에서는 여전히 무료로 과자와 무제한 음료를 제공합니다!! 공용 구역은 깔끔하고 깨끗하며 아늑했습니다. 아침 식사는 맛있었고, 호텔 중앙에는 편안한 족욕탕이 있습니다!
