Staff-nya oke, minta servis antar ke kamar kalau malam, dan juga titip-titip barang, angkat barang, dan juga pinjam setrika dan bellboy cepat. Sama kenyamanan kamar dapat yang view bagus banget ngadap ke kolam dan kota senang seger lihatnya kalau malam lampu kotanya bagus dari lantai 5 dan pagi itu mataharinya bagus. Best view sesuai dengan review sepuluh terbaik di Bali. Bukan pantai tapi view kota. Makanannya juga enak kelihatan kolam renangnya. Lobby-nya nyaman juga. Kamarnya oke bersih dan homey. The room was spacious, clean, huge bathroom with bath tub. Very comfy bed, with great bedding. But... My room was so far away from lobby, it is not just far, but really far away.. it was underground with no view, and the color chosen for interior was too dark, so it have a gloomy ambience.. The hotel is not exactly beachfront, we have to go across the road to reach the beach. They have a beach club with beachfront pool there. If you want a more luxurious stay, you should stay at the poolside room, they have direct access to the pool. They have 2 pool, one is really big at the center of the hotel, circling the poolside room, and smaller one at the beach club across the hotel room

I love this hotel and this might be just another review of how great this hotel is. First of all and this is very important, they have friendly staffs, from reception, housekeeping, to all the people we met, the service is superb! A very nice clean room and facilities with nice view. We've had a comfy large twin beds, bathroom with hot shower, a balcony with the view of GWK from afar and nice city lights at night. The cleanest pool we've ever experienced so far and yes, I have proved myself that this hotel is kids friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back for sure.

The view was awesome, the kids area makes my daughter's holiday complete with so many toys inside, the food for breakfast wast superb. At the last night, I had a dinner in soleil. The food was delicious, and the waiters were so friendly. Next holiday we're going to stay there again ! Thank you

I had the most pleasant stay 3 nights at Laguna, all staff very helpful and friendly. The room cleanness excellent and the food is very good. The hotel atmosphere very peaceful, surrounded by. Beautiful swimming pool and beautiful garden. Highly recommended to everyone ❤️

Everything was good, I didn't even want to leave the villa. Stayed the whole day to take good pictures, enjoying the sea breeze, swimming pool, the food. Perfect for chilling down. And my villa was so close to the lobby, if I needed to rush I could just run.
