staff are warm and welcoming. they are also responsive when prompted. great service from them. room are spacious enough with balcony (suite). bathroom is also spacious. they got see through glass on the bathroom, this make us even feel more comfy in it. unfortunately amenities are discounted from the hotel, no liquid soap. the cleanliness is also need more attention, there are certain spots with spider webs on it, pillow are ok but duvet a bit dusty. atmosphere is peaceful since it is located at the end of road with no other building surroundings. food is not the greatest but it was ok. overall it is a nice deal during this pandemic era.

Dari 10 hari pengalaman berlibur dari Probolinggo - Banyuwangi - Bali - Nusa Penida, ini adalah penginapan ternyaman dari 6 penginapan yang kami tempati. Terima kasih banyak untuk pelayanan yang sangat memuaskan. Kamarnya sangat bersih, kamar mandi bersih dan sangat luas. Model cottage-nya juga sangat menarik dan unik. AC-nya berfungsi tapi di sini nggak butuh AC karena udaranya cukup adem. Jauh dari rumah tetangga jadi sangat nyaman tidurnya dan ada warung enak dan murah. Oiya, ada mini bar-nya juga lengkap dengan isi-nya sesuai kebutuhan. Ada heater dan cup juga bisa buat panasin air untuk ngopi/teh juga pop mie. Sangat direkomendasikan buat yang mau liburan ke Penida. Dekat ke Pantai Cermin ±3 menit. Klingking Beach & Diamond Beach juga dekat dari sini. Makasih owner dan management. Semoga semakin banyak pengunjung yang nginap di Ginanti Cottage 😊

Staff Hotel ada 2 mbok jegeg yang sangat ramah dan membantu sekali. kamarnya bagus & bersih, tempatnya sepi dan romantis. Kolam renangnya bersih. Mau ke nusa ceningan dekat atau ke tempat wisata di lembongan juga sangat dekat. Liburan keluarga jdjadi menyenangkan. Sehari d d'mas hut sangat kurang. Next time ke sini lagi. Terima kasih D'mas hut, owner & staffnya.

Really happy with our staying here. Room was spacious, clean and looks new, the terrace view direct to beautiful paddy fields. The best hotel/resort in Bali we ever stayed. Breakfast is a la carte choices are great, hotel staff all friendly. We definitely come back to stay here again for our next trip to Bali.

This is a great hotel, very quite as not it Ubud center but has free shuttle to take you into the center. beautiful pool with great views, very friendly and accommodating staff. clean and tidy rooms. This hotel could be perfect if they started renovating the rooms and upgrade them but apart from that, it's a great hotel. floating breakfast was lovely and great size. it was my girlfriends birthday and they even provide us with a complementary birthday cake.
