Great place, we were upgraded and got a big room. The staff are very hospitable and close proximity to downtown chicago

We love our stay here! The location is strategic, exactly at the magnificent mile in chicago. The price is affordable and worth it. I got a room with great view of the street, starbucks coffee roastery, and the top of trump tower. The hotel is just walking distance to everywhere. Overall, I do recommend this hotel and will get back here when I'm in chicago!

This hotel is in very convenient location, near the airport and can access directly indoor from the airport, especially in winter time..you won't be cold. the bedroom was large, the table also convenient for work too, the wardrobe large enough, there are sufficient hanger in the bathroom too, I like it. The hotel's restaurant menu are very delicious too, especially the rib, the sandwich is ok too. I slept there twice while I arrive in Chicago, also before I board from Chicago.
