The temperature from Genting Area was helping so much to made our room so cold, so we didn’t use Fan or Air Condition at all First world Manager also nice and friendly. She helped us to do self check in to cut the queue waiting time You can easily find Grocery Shop and 24 Old Town Cafe Nearby hotel

It was such an amazing stay and experience, the hotel staff are friendly, the room was amazing, and the location is really strategic.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It's in the city center, so it's very easy to look for places to eat and shops, because everything is within walking distance. There's also a bus stop which was at the front of the hotel, so it's very convenient to travel to other places.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room, although it is small, is very convenient, clean, and the design is sleek and nice to feel. I could sleep peacefully there. Every time I want to go to KL, I would prefer to always stay at this hotel.

Saya sudah 3 kali menginap di Tune Hotel Pulau Pinang dan tidak pernah mengecewakan, selain posisinya yang strategis di tengah kota. Tune Hotel juga ramah di kantong buat yang pengin jalan-jalan kuliner dan buat orang yang berobat hanya sebentar ke Penang. Fasilitas hotelnya juga memadai, bersih, dan nyaman.

Just across the Penang Adventist Hospital, approximately 3 minutes walk only. The room is clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful! Especially since there's a plenty of stairs from the drop off until we reach the lobby so the staff helping us to bring our luggage is very helpful! The foods are tasty especially the noodle soup! It was a great stay ♡
