Sydney Airport is approximately 20 to 22 kilometres away from the central business district.

The travel time is approximately 45 to 60 minutes in normal traffic.

This shuttle service covers all Sydney central business district, Kings Cross, and Darling Harbour hotels.

It does not offer transfers to and from the Sydney Olympic Park.

The maximum baggage allowance per person is one standard size luggage and one hand-carry baggage, whose total weight is no more than 32 kilograms.

Please inform the host if you are bringing oversized or heavy luggage upon booking, as this must be approved prior to your arrival.

Any excess or oversized luggage that requires an additional vehicle will be at your own expense.

Children two years old and below may come free of charge.

Please ensure that the preferred pickup time you will input upon booking corresponds to your selected transfer option; otherwise, your booking may be rejected.

Sydney International Airport arrival information:

After exiting customs, please proceed to the meeting point at the Royale Limousines Service Desk located in the Arrival Hall near Gate B for your transfer.

Operating hours: 06:00 - 22:00 daily

Sydney Domestic Airport arrival information:

Virgin Australia and Jetstar (Terminal 2) / Qantas (Terminal 3):

After collecting your luggage, proceed to the designated meeting area at the Royale Premium Limousines Domestic Parking Bay - Shuttle Bus pickup area located outside the terminal near Qantas Valet at Terminal 3.

For flights arriving at Terminal 2, you need to take a short walk through the carpark to get to Terminal 3.

As this is a shuttle coach service, there may not be a driver waiting immediately at the airport's arrival hall. Please wait up to 30 minutes. Once you meet the driver, there can be an additional 30-minute waiting time before your transfer departs.

If the transfer doesn't arrive within the said period and the service desk is closed, please contact Royale Coaches at 1300 650 260. You may also contact this number for flight delays to get instructions for the next available transfer.

Departing from your hotel:

For flights leaving from the domestic terminals at Sydney Airport, the pickup will be approximately two hours prior to your flight departure time.

For flights leaving from the international terminal at Sydney Airport, the pickup will be approximately three hours prior to the flight departure time.

The driver will wait for you at the hotel lobby. Please be ready at least 15 minutes prior to the pickup time.
