Ranked among the largest municipal zoos worldwide, the Taipei Zoo has a century-long history, attracting visitors with its extensive collection of animal species and successful breeding programs. It is renowned for housing resident giant pandas in a specially designed exhibit that mimics their natural habitat. This combo also includes unlimited rides on the Maokong Gondola, providing not only convenient access to the Taipei Zoo but also transporting you to the mountaintop tea village of Maokong.

Child policy:

Children under 6 years are free of charge.

Good to know:

Check the official website of each attraction for the daily opening hours prior to your visit.

Taipei Zoo:

Seniors aged 65 years and above are free of charge.

Admission for visitors aged 18 years and under may be purchased directly onsite.

The park is closed on the eve of Lunar New Year and in late June.

Maokong Gondola:

Children under 6 years are free of charge.

Passes for children aged 6 to 12 years and seniors aged 65 years and above may be purchased directly onsite.

The gondola is not operational on Mondays, with the exception of the first Monday of each month.

The gondola journey covers four stops: Taipei Zoo Station, Taipei Zoo South Station, Zhinan Temple Station, and Maokong Station.
