Swim in and out of beautiful river caves, delight in an evening spent at the campsite right next to a waterfall and a blue lagoon, and fall into a deep sleep after a whole day of fun and challenges.

•

07:30-08:00 Pick up at your hotel.

•

08:00-09:00 Head to Oxalis Office located in Tan Hoa Commune, 70 km from Phong Nha Hamlet.

•

09:00-09:30 Join a briefing session. Sign the Liability Waiver.

•

09:30-10:00 The journey begins as you walk through corn field and peanut field, stretching for 2 km to reach Rao Nan river.

•

10:00-13:00 A river crossing leads to a short but steep and rocky uphill section, followed by a corresponding downhill into the next valley. Cross the valley on a flat path to enjoy a picnic lunch at the entrance of Hung Ton Cave.

•

13:00-19:30 More hills and jungle trekking before you drop down to Tu Lan Valley and your camp for the night.

•

Finish off the day with a swim into Ken Cave. Dinner is prepared and served by the porter team. After dinner enjoy chatting or card games before sleeping in your comfortable tent. Composting toilets are provided at camp.

It’s an incredible experience. The tour includes 4 wet caves, where we have to swim to, and the scenery inside the caves is so great. Oxalis organized the tour so good that there is no time for boredom during the trip. The tour guide, safety assistants and porter was very nice and helpful.
