— What You Can Expect —

Embark on a once-in-a-lifetime whale shark-watching trip. Begin with a scenic journey along Cebu's East Coast on your way to Oslob. Snorkel alongside the gentle giant whale sharks in their natural habitat. Take a short drive through the jungle to the stunning Tumalog Falls. Meeting Time: 3:30 am to 4:00 am (depending on hotel location)

Meeting Point: Your hotel within Cebu City, Mandaue City, or Mactan Island. Airport pick-up is not available

Duration: ~10 hours

Returning Point: Return to Cebu city area or Mactan Island

Returning Time: ~3:00 pm to 6:00 pm (Shared tour duration is 12–15 hours depending on the number of joiners and the location of your hotel)

For a private tour, adhere to the pick-up time, typically around 3:00 am or earlier, to avoid long lines at Oslob. The tour duration is 12 hours, with a return to the hotel around 3:00 pm. Additional charges may apply if guests opt for side trips

Available days: every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only

Please be informed that the shared tour requires a minimum of 5 participants. If the minimum number is not met, you will receive a notification at least 2 days in advance to reschedule or request a full refund

No airport pick-up or luggage allowed; only hand-carry bags

Pick-up time starts at 2:30 am, adjusted according to specific location (details about the driver and pick-up location will be provided one day before the tour)

Please be prepared 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. The driver will wait for a grace period of 10 minutes before moving on to the next pick-up location

No show at pick-up time means no refund

The estimated drop-off time is 4:00 pm (shared tour duration is 12–15 hours, depending on the number of joiners and the location of your hotel)

The drop-off location is the same as your pick-up location, or at SM City Cebu or any location along the way to the city. For drop-off locations outside the service area, a surcharge will be collected by the driver

Activities may be canceled due to weather or environmental factors beyond the operator's control

The itinerary is subject to change by the driver in case of weather issues, and no refunds will be provided
