When purchasing a hair and makeup package, please wash your hair before visiting the store.

When purchasing a hair and makeup package, please do basic skin care (toner, lotion, cream) before visiting the store.

If you have an appointment for the eyelash perm service, please remove any previous eyelash treatments and do not wear any makeup when visiting the store. If the eyelash artist judges that it is difficult to perm your lashes, your reservation may be canceled on the spot.

We have a strict reservation system, you must arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time. You will not be refunded if you are late. Due to the nature of the reservation system, please understand that your appointment cannot be moved on short notice.
