This will also give you an overview of the creation process of the tunnel systems. - Explore the permitted areas of the tunnel systems including living areas (bedrooms and kitchens) and martial facilities (storage, field hospitals, weapon factories, and command center). - Visit a shooting range (activity at own expense). - Relax by sipping tangy tea and enjoy cassava, the main food of former Vietnamese guerrillas. - Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. - Depart for Mekong Delta. Arriving in My Tho, hop on a motorboat to journey through the picturesque canals and waterways, taking in stunning views of the legendary Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, and Phoenix Islets. - Visit a traditional workshop where you can witness the step-by-step processing of making coconut candy, honey farming, and more while indulging in some delicious samples and enjoying the sounds of traditional music. - Take a sampan ride along the shady, breezy canal. - Hop on an Xe Lôi–a type of local transportation–to explore the villages. - Embark on a scenic boat trip through the canals shaded by water coconut trees as you make your way back to My Tho pier. - Head back to Ho Chi Minh City. - Drop-off at the original pickup point or a requested location in the city center. - End of tour.
