Đề nghị mục đánh giá trải nghiệm có thêm phần Other để khách hàng tự nhập. Phần miễn trách của người điều hành tour chỉ được phát sau khi đoàn đã đến nơi chứ ko phải thực hiện trước chuyến đi. Đề nghị bên điều hành tour xem lại vì phần này mang ý nghĩa các bạn hoàn toàn ko có trách nhiệm gì đối với khách hàng khi có vấn đề phát sinh. Nếu tôi được biết về phần miễn trách này chắc chắn sẽ ko đi tour ngay từ đầu.
