  1. 렌탈 비용은 승하차 구역, 경로, 차량 종류에 따라 결정됩니다.
  2. 임대료에는 통행료와 주차비가 제외됩니다. 통행료와 주차비는 승객이 부담합니다.
  3. 탑승 또는 하차 구역 변경으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 추가 비용은 승객이 지불해야 합니다. 결제는 현금으로 Ajak Jalan 직원이나 운전기사에게 직접 해야 합니다.
  4. 모든 가격은 사전 통지 없이 변경될 수 있습니다.
  1. During booking, please ensure that you choose the appropriate pick-up time for your airport transfer.
  2. You are advised to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure for international flights or 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights. Timing your arrival at the airport according to this advisory will minimize the impact of risks such as traffic, route changes, or other delays.
  3. Please be informed that Traveloka is not liable for missed flights caused by inappropriate pickup times.
  4. For passengers traveling to the airport, lateness is tolerated up to a maximum of 30 minutes after the chosen pick-up time. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled and cannot be refunded.
  5. For passengers traveling from the airport, lateness is tolerated for a maximum of 60 minutes (for domestic arrivals) or 90 minutes (for international arrivals) after the chosen pick-up time. Passengers are required to pay a late fee of Rp. 50,000/hour after the time limit is exceeded.
  6. For conventional vehicles, the price includes the cost of fuel and airport parking fees. Toll fees are not included and must be borne by passengers.
  7. For electric vehicles, the price includes the cost of fuel, airport parking fees, as well as toll fees (except for JORR II toll fees).
  8. The standard baggage measurement for one item is 24 inches (43 x 23 x 63 cm). This includes suitcases, backpacks (carriers), and cardboard boxes. Strollers, wheelchairs, and folding bicycles, will be counted as two items.
  9. All luggage must be placed in the third row of the vehicle and should not block the rear view. Carry-on bags or backpacks smaller than 60 liters can be placed in the front row of the vehicle.
  10. Oversized luggage (above standard measurement), such as surfboards, non-folding bicycles, or sharp/hazardous objects that could cause damage are not permitted inside the vehicle.
  11. Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.
  12. The driver has the right to refuse passengers bringing luggage not fulfilling the above requirements.
  13. If your pick-up is during rush hour (between 15:00 - 19:00) please expect a delay of 30 minutes. If the driver does not show up until then, please call Ajak Jalan at +62 813-3883-3386.
  14. If your flight is delayed, please call Ajak Jalan at +62 813-3883-3386 before boarding to get further confirmation.
  1. 승객은 예약 시 안내된 대로 선택한 차량의 승객 및 수하물 제한 사항을 따라야 합니다.
  2. 승객은 흡연을 할 수 없으며, 강한 냄새가 나는 물질 및/또는 위험물을 Ajak Jalan 차량에 반입할 수 없습니다. 위험한 품목에는 날카로운 품목, 인화성 물질, 폭발물, 화학 물질, 위험 물질 및 불법 약물이 포함되지만 이에 국한되지는 않습니다.
  3. 승객은 Ajak Jalan 차량을 운전할 수 없습니다.
  4. 승객은 범죄 또는 불법 행위를 위해 Ajak Jalan 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
  5. 위에 언급된 정책을 위반하여 발생하는 결과에 대한 책임은 승객에게 있습니다.
  1. 일정 변경은 픽업 시간 3시간 전까지만 가능합니다.
  2. 일정 변경 요청은 차량 이용 가능 여부에 따라 결정됩니다.
  3. 일정 변경은 무료입니다. 다만, 기존 스케줄과 신규 스케줄 간 렌탈 요금에 가격 차이가 있을 경우, 그 차액은 승객이 부담합니다.
  1. Traveloka를 통해 예약한 Ajak Jalan 공항 교통편은 환불이 불가능합니다.
