당사는 다른 사용자로부터 신고를 받은 콘텐츠 또는 당사 사이트에서 위에 언급된 기준 중 하나라도 포함되어 있다고 발견, 검증 또는 의심되는 콘텐츠를 거부하거나 삭제할 권리를 보유합니다.

부적절한 댓글

Traveloka 웹사이트와 모바일 애플리케이션을 안전한 공간으로 유지하기 위해 모든 사용자는 상호 작용할 때 서로를 존중해야 합니다. 우리는 괴롭힘, 증오 표현, 차별 또는 욕설이 포함되어 있다고 생각되는 모든 댓글을 삭제할 권리가 있습니다.

5. Third-party Infringement

We highly recognize and protect intellectual property rights including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and other personal or proprietary rights (“IPR”) of the creators or owners or specific contents. 


You retain ownership of any content (text, images, videos or other media) you submit. Therefore, please ensure that all the contents you generate or upload on the Site are created by you or you are permitted or licensed to copy, modify, publish or use such works.  By posting, you also grant Traveloka a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, modify, publicly display and share your content for commercial or non-commercial purposes. If we found or received a report of the IPR infringement or potential IPR infringement on the Site:


  1. We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to IPR and will take appropriate action as required by law, which could mean, among others, taking down any content that infringes our or a third party’s IPR.
  2. We reserve the right to investigate and, if necessary, take legal action, including filing claims or lawsuits, against any user responsible for infringing upon such a third party’s IPR.
  3. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traveloka from any and all claims, liabilities, damage, or expenses arising from or related to any infringement of IPR committed by the user. Traveloka is released from any responsibility in relation to such infringement.

6. Personal Information

The safety of our users is paramount, so we forbid you to upload or otherwise make available on our platform any content that shares personally identifiable information without the express consent of the subject of such personal information (including but not limited to address, phone number, license plates and identity document). 7. Low Quality Content

It is important for us to get your contents viewed by many of our users. In order to do so, please avoid posting contents that have blurry, shaky, and/or broken images.

8. Report

We encourage you to report to us if you see or find any of the unlawful or inappropriate content by submitting an email to cs@traveloka.com.


Upon receipt of your report together with the supporting documents, if applicable, we will promptly examine the details of your report and reserve our right to take any action as we deem appropriate to cease any illegal or inappropriate content from our Site and system within the specified timeframe specified by the applicable laws.
