Fill in passenger details

Once you have chosen your flight, continue to the booking form and fill in your passenger details.

Add frequent flyer account

On the bottom part of the passenger details form, click Add Frequent Flyer Account.

Fill in frequent flyer details

Enter your frequent flyer program and number, then click Continue to Booking. Your frequent flyer account will be displayed on the review page.

See frequent flyer details on the e-ticket

Once your booking is complete, you can see your frequent flyer details on the e-ticket. Your miles/points will be added when you have completed your flight.

Why should I add my frequent flyer account through Traveloka?

By adding your frequent flyer account directly during booking, you will be able to earn miles/points from your booking through Traveloka without having to inform the airline about your booking.

Can I add my frequent flyer account on any Traveloka platforms?

You can add your frequent flyer account when you book through Traveloka website on your laptops or computers, or Traveloka App v2.15 and above.

Can I add my frequent flyer account for any flights?

Currently, Traveloka supports frequent flyer programs of more than 50 airlines, including Garuda Indonesia, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Thai Airways, Emirates, and Etihad Airways.

Where can I add my frequent flyer details?

When you are filling in your passenger details during booking, click Add Frequent Flyer Account on the bottom part of the passenger details form. You will then be able to enter your frequent flyer program and number.

Do I need to re-enter my frequent flyer details for each booking?

No. If you are logged in to your Traveloka account during booking, the frequent flyer details you entered will automatically be saved in Passenger Quick Pick so you can easily use them again in your next booking.

How do I know if my frequent flyer account is added successfully?

If you can see your frequent flyer details on the e-ticket, it means that your frequent flyer account has been successfully added to your booking.

My frequent flyer account could not be added. What should I do?

You can contact our Customer Service or show your frequent flyer membership card when checking in at the airport.
