호텔 베라티

작고 오래된 호텔이지만 베라트 지역의 전통적 주택 양식을 볼 수 있는 호텔이라서 좋았습니다. 주인께서 매우 정성스럽게 관리하는 느낌을 받았습니다. 위치도 버스정류장에서 가까워 좋았고요. 스탭들이 영어를 잘 하진 않았지만 굉장히 도와주려고 노력한다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 다만 침대 매트리스가 오래 되어 편안히 잠을 자진 못해 아쉬웠습니다. 물론 저렴한 가격때문에 크게 불평하지는 못할 듯 합니다.

The area was great and hotel were very characterful, especially the lobby area which was delightfully heritage in it's design and appearance. The room was a great size and was very comfortable with a great view and original styled wooden shutters. The room was however very cold at times, the heating was not adequate for a room of that size. The room could also do with some upgrades such as a fridge and/or a safe. I would have preferred the rooms to feel more like the downstairs in terms of character, rather than just white walls. Would have been lovely to have a wooden floor in the room. The bathroom could also be updated to include a shower curtain or a larger shower area to aid in containing water. There were building works going on while we were there so don't know if updates are being made. Staff were very friendly and pleasant, was a really lovely stay.

特徴ある内装の部屋で癒されました。

Por un problema interno del hotel nos cambiaron la reserva a otro hotel de una categoria similar o un poco superior. El problema surgió a la salida pues no transmitieron con exactitud cuales eran los servicios que estaban contratados y pagados y en este segundo hotel ellos se ceñian a la información recibida del hotel Berati aunque en mi reserva veian lo que les estaba diciendo yo. Al ponernos en contacto con el hotel Berati reconocieron su error y dijeron que la confusión venía porque como hice un cambio.en la reserva se olvidaron comunicarlo y que pagase el coste de este cambio porque no me lo habían cobrado. Mi sorpresa fue que después de pagar la diferencia el hotel Berati me cobro la totalidad de la reserva. Al ponerme en contacto con ellos reconocieron el error y me comunicaron que me iban a efectuar el reembolso de la diferencia. Únicamente se trata de 5€ pero sigo sin recibirlos.

Preis Leistung war ok. Zimmer sind in einem bedenklichen zustand. Die Matrazze lässt zu wünschen übrig. Sehr ringhörig.

A characterful place to stay in a great location. Simple but clean and comfortable rooms, making the place good value.

El hotel superó las expectativas puesto que tenía un precio muy bajo para su ubicación y hacia dudar. Sorprendió gratamente el lugar puesto que es muy tradicional, original y está muy limpio todo.

Lovely hotel with the nicest host. We were given a beautiful room with balcony which was super comfortable and clean. Incredible value for money !

Great location, spotless rooms, great lobby area.

This is a great budget location situated within a couple minutes walk of the sights and with limited on street reserved parking of about 2 spaces. Room was a good size, it had a balcony and the bed was comfy. I didn’t eat there but the food looked good. I would definitely stay there again on any future visits to Berat.

La struttura è praticamente nel centro ,noi eravamo in moto e abbiamo parcheggiato davanti all'ingresso. Il salone all'ingresso è molto bello e ben curato , pur arrivando in anticipo la signora ci ha fatto preparare subito la camera, camera con balconcino, consigliatissimo.

Lovely old building in the heart of Berat, with a real feel of history and tradition. We only stayed one night, but it was good. The bed was a little shaky, but the hot water was appreciated, as it was a cold day in April. We didn't have breakfast, as there was a great bakery across the road that opened at 7am but I think it would be good as the hotel is also a restaurant. We would happily have stayed longer, is we'd had more time. Parking is the only problem.
