O quarto era maravilhoso. A recepcionista muito simpática. Café da manhã foi bom.

stayed at Hotel Olive in Vlorë from September 6–8, 2025 and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When I checked in, the air conditioner did not work, and the room was unbearably hot. I asked to change rooms but was told none were available. I couldn’t even stay in the room until late in the evening when it was finally fixed. The bathroom was a disaster: the shower flooded the entire floor, there was nowhere to place toiletries, and the soap dispenser was broken and empty. Toilet paper and amenities were nearly finished when I arrived, and the kettle had no cups to use with it. On top of that, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable I couldn’t get proper rest. The hotel staff did little to address these problems, and the overall communication and service were completely lacking. The conditions made the room uninhabitable, and I ultimately decided to leave early, even knowing I would not get a refund. This is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Las instalaciones del hotel muy correctas y limpias. Poca variedad en el desayuno. Las calles alrededor del hotel, muy sucias y poco cuidadas.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the included breakfast was fresh and delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The roads were under construction around the area so were a little hard to navigate, but overall it was a wonderful stay.
