Clean but no elevator. Breakfast was good.

Excellent location on the beachfront and the family that own it are very accommodating and friendly. A good variety of breakfast each morning with generous portions. The rooms were cleaned daily and it is definitely worth getting a room with a sea view.

Supertrevligt familjedrivet hotell. 100m till strandpromenaden och 50m till så är du på strandbad med dusch. Väldigt nära till utflyksbuss, lokalbuss och långfärdsbuss. Resturanger och snabbköp runt hörnet. Välj rum med utsikt mot vattnet.

Lovely family-run hotel in a fab location - just off the promenade and a couple of minutes' walk from the city beach. We had a top-floor, sea-view room; the view was beautiful and the noise from below didn't bother us at all, even though I'm a light sleeper. Our room was cleaned every day, really lovely throughout. Breakfast was superb with something different every morning. I was really ill on one of the days during our stay, and the owners were so kind and understanding despite the language barrier. Would 100% recommend this hotel and would stay again if ever visiting Sarande.

Ideal budget hotel,room was clean and did the job,location was excellent literally 5 minutes if that and on the beach and near cafes snd restaurants.Perfect for what l needed.

Nous avons passé une nuit avant de prendre le ferry pour Corfou et tout était parfait.

Rent och fräscht hotell, vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Svårt med språket men de gjorde allt för att lösa det ändå och inga problem uppstod som inte löstes smidigt. God och varierad frukost varje morgon som serverades vid bordet. Sarandë som ort rekommenderar vi inte men boendet var väldigt trevligt! Extremt ”turistig” och exploaterad ort. Mer ungdomsfest.

Mycket bra! Liten familjevänlig hotell. Mycket bra service och lätt tillgänglig personal som hjälpte direkt. Kan starkt dokumentera det!

They had everything we needed and we were very comfortable

A lovely little hotel just off the main promenade, the rooms were lovely and the owners and staff couldnt do enough for you. The bar and restaurant/breakfast room maybe a little dated but still presented well. I would definitely stay at Hotel Real again

The road is only small, but we were able to find a parking space. Best to arrive and depart early or late to avoid traffic. The hotel is on the sea front. We didn't have a sea view, but the balcony was still nice. Room was clean and bright. Comfortable bed, hot shower. Lovely walking out the hotel onto the promenade for a stroll in the evening. Breakfast was fabulous, care is taken over it every day. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. We stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The property is on the Oceanside boardwalk so it’s convenient to shopping and dining with some rooms with an ocean view. About a 10 minute walk to the ferry. Owners are lovely with the wife and daughter who speak English. The breakfast was large with lots of fruit and vegetables. Only two negatives. The property is hard to find because you can not drive up to it because of the boardwalk ( don’t believe goggle). There is a small road/ alley leading to the back door where you can park for free. It’s tight because locals park everywhere they please. Second the shower does not have a surround curtain. It only covers about half the shower. No overhead shower head. Only a lower hand held. It was impossible to not wet the whole bathroom. This may not be the shower setup in all the rooms. Great location, good breakfast and lovely owners

Fantastic property, excellent value for money with a lovely family running the show 💯💯

We had two rooms for two nights. Both rooms did not have hot water. We stayed one night and opted to leave because there was never hot water the entire time and we wanted a shower. The owner told us we would have hot water at 9:30p - we didn’t. In the morning there was no water at all. We asked to be refunded for the second night and they refused. When Expedia called the owner hung up on them multiple times. We were not refunded and lost our money. It’s a shame. The hotel is lovely. The owners are nasty people who refused to do the right thing.

Hotel reformado, claro, limpo com uma vista linda do mar e da marina, na frente da praia e uma deliciosa varanda. Foi muito bom!! Além da gentileza, educação e prestatividade dos anfitriões e sua filha.

I was so thrilled with the seaside view room i chose.. plus this hotel is so convenient for catching a bus or a tour bus and a short walk from the ferry terminal .. also a few steps from the boardwalk.. the staff at this hotel so friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast!
