The property is beautiful and very clean. The check-in staff was warm and welcoming and I have to give a big shout out to the team at the bar and restaurant. The guys up there were amazing and made the experience feel elevated and enjoyable.
That said the air conditioning in the room did not work properly and the king beds are actually two double beds pushed together. If you are traveling solo do not expect to sleep comfortably in the center.
Unfortunately my experience at check-out was disappointing. A front desk woman loudly accused me of stealing a bottle of water even though I had clearly brought my own from a local supermarket. It happened to be the same brand they offer in the minibar but instead of handling the situation professionally she shouted across the hallway and created a scene. I could not help but feel she was speaking to me in a way that was dismissive and condescending possibly because of my age. It was uncomfortable and felt like discrimination. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Nice hotel with a nice breakfast ..stayed 2 nights .ate at hotel roof top bar ..food pretty good ..nice place to stay in tirana ..tirana is a small citywith not a lot happening ..durres is just about the worst seaside resort we have been to ..pretty much a concrete jungle with a packed beach full of umbrellas and beds with russian style piers..
