Nice clean big room, sea view with big windows, friendly staff, ok breakfast, 5 min walk to the beach walk, quiet outside.

Nice property but no water on arrival or drink making facilities.

Förutom att hotellet hade lite problem med att hitta våran betalning så var vistelsen vädigt bra. Bra frukost vid havet och egen strand. Gångavstånd till resturanger och barer på Sarandas strandpromenad.

Nice breakfast, great sunset views from the very rock beach, comfortable beds, and nice rooms.

Rooms are fine, but if you are expecting something like a regular hotel with service and all time reception, this is not for you! Phone of the place is blocked! Can be contacted only on WhatsApp, but how do I suppose to know that...? Amenities are minimal. Do not let the photos on the booking page to fool you; the only thing you can see from your balcony is very little of the sea. You will see mostly the parking below the building and the roof of the restaurant. The reason for this is very simple: the whole place is located ONLY on the first floor of a high building. They have only 8 rooms on one floor. The people who runs the place are very friendly, like most people in this lovely country. Breakfast is o.k Parking on site, that is great and nice direct access to the beach. No services like laundry. Overall, it is a fine place.

Tani, who runs the hotel is a great guy. Everything was as advertised and I would highly recommend. On the day we left, our bus to Kosovo wasn’t until 3pm and it was no problem leaving our bags behind the desk while we went to eat. I hadn’t realized I had left a good number of clean socks and underwear in the top draw, when I came back one of the women there had put them in a separate plastic bag for me and left it on top on my bag. Nice touch!

Overdelivery: Extremely spacy new fresh suites all in marble. Balcony with nice view of Corfu. 50 meter to a private Beach with Free sun chairs and a nice restaurant. Nice Staff,excellent cleaning. Good WiFi and AC. The breakfast is not big, but it fulfilled our needs .

このホテルは営業していないのに、前払いで１００％返金不可で宿泊料を支払わせます。夜8時ごろにチェックインしようとして、ホテルが真っ暗で営業していないので、他のホテルを探すのに困りました。ホテル経営者は反省もなく詐欺です。

Staff were very friendly and very helpful, Town centre only a 10 to 15 minute walk away. Nice restuarant around the corner. Room Fantastic size. View from room and balcony brilliant. Breakfast was basic, Breakfast room lacked atmosphere, but we will definately be happy to stay here again.

Very clean and nice place to stay. The see is nearby to have a swim. Good variable breakfast. Huge palcony. Cleaning every day. Owner very friendly. I recommend!

Una delle vacanze più fortunate come alloggio, vitto, mare e servizi. Una camera con vera vista sul mare dal letto, grazie ad un'ampia vetrata che da su un ampio balcone con due letti VERI. Tano, il proprietario è all'altezza dell'alloggio: preciso, puntuale, accomodante. Consiglio vivamente questa soluzione a Saranda, città incantevole e con un mare che non deve invidiare quello delle isole del pacifico.Non ultimo apprezzamento per i prezzi dalle circa 60 euro per una suite di lusso con prima colazione inclusa e caffè a volontà al costo risibile dei pranzi e delle cene, raramente al di sopra dei 15 euro. Ragazzi...meglio di così:):):)

Big clean room with ocean view. Great value. Only thing was some minor after-hours construction noise. Goes with this neighborhood and the country in general. I’d stay at Oceanic again. Convenient to walking to town and ferry terminal.

Buongiorno, Ho prenotato un hotel presso il vostro sito, precisamente in Albania a Saranda. All''Oceanic Overwiew Suites. Al nostro arrivo troviamo un hotel ancora in via di costruzione e senza un accesso bel visibile. Dopo aver chiesto aiuto al proprietario dell''hotel accanto riusciamo ad accedere alla hall. Qui troviamo un uomo e una giovane ragazza che ci fanno sedere in un divanetto accanto ad un ventilatore perché l''aria condizionata è assente. L''uomo inizia una serie di telefonate senza spiegarci cosa stia accadendo. Io un po stanco dal viaggio e spaventato chiedo quale sia il problema. L''uomo dice che non aspettava ci fosse anche mio figlio, che ha 20 mesi e che nell''albergo in questi sette giorni ci saranno dei lavori all''interno dell''Hotel e il bambino non riuscirà a dormire. Dopo 15 - 20 minuti si presenta un altro uomo,con forte odore di alcool, dice che si scusa per il problema e ci porta in un altro hotel. Viaggio in macchina senza protezioni per il bimbo e bagagliaio aperto. L''hotel non si trova a ridosso del mare come prenotato nell hotel sul sito e nessuna camera vista mare. Lui dice che applicherà lo stesso prezzo fornendo ombrellone e piscina che si trovano a 5 minuti a piedi. Decidiamo di dormire lì una notte visto che mio figlio è stravolto e anche io e mia moglie. La camera di questo hotel è anche nuova e confortevole ma non è quello che cercavamo. Oltretutto credo che l''hotel fosse ancora chiuso al pubblico... Aperto solo per l''occasione e ges

New and Beautiful Hotel. Well decorated, large rooms, balcony with an ocean view and its own beach and restaurant. Staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. Francesca who is manager was always smiling and willing to offer assistance and information. This place is a gem. Breakfast was ample and delicious; walking distance to center or promenade. Free parking and close to ferries to Corfu. We totally enjoyed it and can't say enough good things about the managers and staff. So happy we stayed there.
