We planned a six day visit to 'rest' after a month of intense travel - but left after two days. Most of our disappointment was with Sarande itself - a very poorly developed resort town, with buildings on top of one another, rocky local beaches, a shocking amount of litter Everywhere, and a generally exhausted air to everyone we met there. Neither restful nor beautiful. We hightailed it back to Corfu and unfortunately had to 'eat' about $800 in hotel expenses we couldn't get reimbursed. The hotel itself is a very pretty property, with very nice rooms and surroundings. The manager on duty was excellent, addressing a couple of minor complaints immediately, and following up with us several times. The pool is beautiful. The season felt 'finished,' however, by mid-October, and even though it was beautiful weather there were no beach chairs set up, the beach bar was closed, etc. Also .... a friend booked and paid for a room there to join us, and 30 minutes later I told her we were leaving - yet she couldn't get a refund. Hotels blame Expedia but this is false - they can easily refund bookings, and they should have in this case.

One of the easiest 5 stars I’ve had to give. Incredible location, fantastic staff. The suite is an exceptional option, didn’t want to leave my room.

Room was very dirty for the price. The beach and pool were nice however.

Hochwertig ausgestattetes Hotel, sehr Hochwertige Matratzen. Lage ist toll. 2 min zu Fuß zur Fähre, 5 min zu Fuß zur Promenade. Schöner Pool, eigener Strand mit kostenlosen Liegen und Schirmen. Frühstück ist in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes. Einzig die kostenlosen Poolhandtücher sind ein 30 Jahre altes Sammelsurium an übrig gebliebenen Gästehandtüchern, da könnte man für wenig Geld etwas Aufwertung betreiben.

Quiet and in a great location. Easily walkable from the port and main promenade. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. The front desk was friendly during the day but gruff at night. Not always around either. The seaside was very nice with beach chairs. Breakfast was fine. I have a feeling there’s not many better options in saranda. My room was big and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea but the decor was very austere - again probably more reflective of the place than the hotel. I was traveling alone and there was no bolt on the door just the electronic key lock, so I’d suggest taking your own lock just in case.

Kjempefint hotell. Stort og fint rom (tror vi fikk et større enn det vi hadde bestilt. Flott bassengområde og strand. Eneste som trekker ned er frokosten. Den sto ikke i stil til resten av hotellet.

Bonjour, votre hotel est tres propre, beau et bien situé. Nous avions une chambre familiale, les deux lits, des enfants n'étaient pas modernes par rapport au lit adulte. Je deplore aussi que nous n'avions pas de boulloire dans les chambres, comme nous avions pu voir dans les photos lors de la réservation. Merci.

Fint bra hotell, med sköna sängar, fina rum, och väldigt trevligt personal:) poolen är bra och ligger precis vid stranden med gratis solstolar som ingår när du bor på hotellet:) 5 min promenad till båten, 5-7min till strandpromenaden. Bra läge och kan inte säga ngt negativt direkt.

Beautiful place to enjoy vacation with family and friends. Very clean and quite resort. Amazing front beach area and pool.

Fint og rent hotell, god frokost og privat strand. 10/10 opphold!

Det er ikke muligt at spise på hotellet andet end morgenmad og det er et problem. Morgenmaden er kedelig og personalet er alt andet end smilende og høflige. Man kan tilkøbe kaffe, der ikke er filterkaffe. Vi havde bestilt et utrolig lækkert værelse med badekar. Desværre var der kun lunkent vand her. Der var nespresso maskine på værelset men ingen kapsler. Da vi påpege dette, fik vi afvise at vi kunne få over o baren ved poolen og få en kop kaffe. De ville sørge for at købe kapsler til næste dag. Der var stadig ingen næste dag da det endelig lykkes at få fat i kapslerne var det ingen mælk. Vi gav op. Stranden ligger ud for hotellet. Beliggenheden er derfor rigtig god. Vi fik et meget lille håndklæde til standen. Dette burde hotellet lave om på. Ung pige i reception hjælp os med billetter til bussen til Himarë. Utrolig sødt af hende. Hun talte med chaufføren efter arbejde og reserverede pladser til os. Tusind tak for det. Hun undersøgte også hvad en taxakørsel ville koste herti. 160 euro. Godt vi sagde nej til dette, da den chauffør kun var ude på at tage mega overpris. Fra Himarë fik vi en pris på 100 euro fra det hotel vi boede på og i virkeligheden var 55 euro den rigtige pris.

The hotel location is great, it's only few minutes walk from the port. Hotel has its own private beach and also very nice pool. It's right on the beach so there are plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. Very clean and nicely decorated.

A lovely hotel in the quieter part of Sarande (all relative!). Cleanliness excellent- great rooms and indeed views. Lovely pool area. Breakfast was very good too.

Wonderful property!!! Great service all around. Iona at the front desk was incredibly helpful - especially when a personal issue had us extending our stay for an extra night. STRONGLY recommend this lovely hotel!

En general una muy bueba estadía, el hotel cuenta con pocos servicios pero compensan esa falta con una muy buena atención. La havitación que nos diron era muy chica por el costo que pagamos. La ubicación es excelente.

Everything was amazing apart from the breakfast which left a lot to be desired. Not much choice and much of the pastries and bread were stale. The fruit was over ripe
