Hotel with nice deco. rooms ok but nothing special. Breakfast very good and personal very friendly. Playroom for kids. However, very bad experience with pool and spa. While on the booking page it said this is included, which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel for the kids, upon arrival we were informed that this service comes at significant additional cost. I complained but the hotel direction remained completely stubborn and we had to pay additional 64€ for 3h use of Swimming pool and sauna! It is nice, but this is completely insane and a shame. I’ve never seen a hotel in this price category where using the hotel facilities is not included. On top, not all whirl functionalities worked and the opening hours also didn‘t correspond to what was communicated when booking. VIP benefits: prosecco only received after complaining, room upgrade was not offered. The kids liked it though, hence left with very mixed feelings. Probably would not recommend.

SUper séjour en famille ! UN peu déçu car j'ai cru que la piscine était compris dans le prix. Sinon rien à dire! C'était top, propre et bon petit déjeuner !

Hôtel très bien situé pour le ski! Le local à ski est sécurisé et les chaussures de skis sont chauffées :) En sortant du local, vous achetez votre forfait en face et hop vous êtes sur les pistes (20mètres) Le SPA est magnifique, l'eau bien chaude, avec plein de jets pour masser le dos et les jambes Le petit déjeuner est complet, il y a du vrai jambon découpé. Seul bémol, notre chambre était un peu vieillotte, mais on pouvait régler le chauffage (souvent on dort mal car le chauffage centralisé est trop fort) Bref, nous reviendrons tant que les prix restent abordables !

Excellent hôtel, très bien situé. Le personnel polyglotte est très accueillant et agréable. La chambre très spacieuse était d'une propreté exemplaire. Les meubles de qualité. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Out of season ski resort, hotel was excellent, staff were superb. Lots of building going on out of season

Hotel bien situado. Pero es más un 3 estrellas que un 4, hace falta mayor limpieza en zona piscina y habitaciones.

Somos clientes desde más de 20 años y como de costumbre todo fenomenal cuando venimos.

Accueil très sympathique, explications claires, petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié, chambre confortable, piscine agréable, repas réussi. L’hôtel est au pied des pistes, à l’écart de l’Andorre commerciale.

Personal muy amable. Instalaciones limpias aunque en algunos puntos se nota algo el paso del tiempo. La piscina y zona spa es ideal para pasar un buen rato de calma y relax aunque hemos coincidido con varias familias con niños que quizás no entienden la diferencia entre un parque acuático y una zona de spa.Los albornoces y amenitys ideal. Se nota la atención al cliente.

Vi besökte det här under sommaren så mat utbudet var väldigt begränsad, men teamet på terrassen som gjorde mat gjorde ett fantastiskt jobb. Om man ska åka skidor så ligger hotellet perfekt vid liften. Provade inte spa eftersom det byggdes om där just då.

Accueil particulièrement professionnel, le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Cadre agréable, hôtel calme. L'espace piscine est spa est vraiment agréable, le décor est soigné. Seul bémol au séjour, les rideaux n'étant pas complément opaques, le jour nous a réveillé.

Although not a shiny, new hotel, the property is in great condition and it is located at the El Tarter gondola. You can even take a ski way direct from the hotel to the lift! And there are convenient ski lockers. The main floor lounge/ bar area is inviting and relaxing, perfect for a glass of wine or a tasty beer in front of the fire. The staff is really wonderful and friendly, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Très bon accueil du personnel et ambiance sympa.

L'accueil etait bon a notre arrivee mais nous avons du justifier que les petits dejeuners etait compris ( l'information que les pieces d'identités sont necessaire pour toutes les personnes etait manquante sur notre mail de reservation, ouf nous les avions). La decoration rustique de lacceuil est tres sympa. La chambre est tres propre mais avec une deco sans plus pour un quatre étoile. Nous avons du justifier encore une fois via le mail de réservation que les petits dejeuners etait compris. Celui ci est simple mais tout est la. Check out ok.

It is a very well located hotel vefy vlose to the slopes. Staff are friendly and good amenities

I have visited more than 200 hotels in the last 3 years. This hotel, the staff and the surrounding are absolutely my favorite! Also the massage was the best ever gotten.
