Non conforme au descriptif Pas de restauration Pas de piscine Pas ménage quotidien…

Nous avons passer une nuit horrible je suis asthmatique la chambre etait dans un etat pitoyable. ( poussières, poils et taches en tout genre). Literie vétuste et qui bascule nois avôs faillit tomber a plusieurs reprises. Des taches sur les matelas, coussins et meme sommiers. Inadmissible pour un hotel avec ou sans etoiles.

Personnel pas aimable surtout la dame à la réception qui fait également le service au bar. Hôtel manquant d'insonnorité ds les étages, besoins de rafraîchissement ds les chambres. Hotel bien placé vis à vis des commerces

Foi boa, com apenas um detalhe, deixaram uma porta aberta no quarto ao lado e com o vento essa porta bateu a noite toda, como a recepção não é 24 hs não consegui que alguém fosse resolver o problema, ou seja, não consegui dormir.

Very friendly staff.

Julio and Rosa did a fantastic job at making us feel welcome. The staff are very friendly and want their guests to have a great time in Pas. The hotel is located very close to the mountain and is situated close to shops/supermarkets. The restaurant area has a very nice atmosphere and we spend a few of our nights eating and drinking in there. The room was small for 4 adults, but the hotel provides a locker to store ski equipment in. The room is quite basic but is what we needed for a ski trip. The electricity in the hotel occasionally cut out some evenings, but overall the stay is great value for money!

Hôtel semblable à la plupart des hôtels du pas de la case. Très bon accueil qui ne suffira pas à contrer les prestations de l'hôtel. - La chambre est extrêmement petite et vétuste, - Le chauffage n'est pas réglable. Vous rentrez la dedans il fait près de 28/30°, - Pas de bureau à disposition, - Un sommier était complètement tâché, ça ne laisse rien présager de bon du côté de l'hygiène. - Les murs sont épais comme du papier à cigarette, vous entendez votre voisin de palier tousser ou mettre la TV à bas volume. - Vous avez du bruit jusqu'à 3h du matin et à partir de 7h. - Les odeurs du restaurant embaument la chambre le matin

Nous avons été très bien reçu lors de notre arrivée. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et conviviaux. Ils nous ont très bien conseillés pour aller nous restaurer près de son établissement. Nuit très agréable dans le centre de Salon de Provence sans bruit. Petit déjeuner copieux. Rien à redire sur cet établissement sauf que si nous revenons dans la région on ne manquera pas de retourner chez eux

Séjour normal sans plus excepte que les draps n avaient pas été changé . On avait l impression qu une personne avait dormi ds le lit . S était levée en soulevant la literie pour pouvoir sortir du lit . Surprenant en arrivant ds une chambre de voir quee le ménage n avait pas été fait ....

Parfait très bien le service restauration et le petit déjeuner il ne faut rien changer

Fantastic small hotel, 4 minutes walk to the Grandvalira ski facility, less than 1 minute from the main Pas de la Casa Bus Station. The bar and restaurant is excellent serving the best food we had anywhere in the resort, top quality drinks brands on offer, very comfortable setting, there is also a restaurant and bar above the ground level facilities which serves all day and is the breakfast venue, breakfast is superb . Lift or stairs to rooms above, the rooms are adequate, warm and clean with a reasonable shower, each level has lockers for ski equipment. What really makes this establishment shine is the staff, Julio and his team are fantastic, courteous and friendly and extremely friendly with younger families, they made our holiday!!! We are definitely returning next year, February 2023, and will be staying at the wonderful Hotel Merino, thank you everyone at this establishment, you are the best!!

Hôtel très correct qualité/prix. Très mal insonorisé et par conséquent mauvais sommeil la nuit et le matin.

The check-in staff are rude and horrible. Words like "the lobby is not the living room of the guest" and "you cannot be here" were spoken within 5 seconds of entering the lobby the first day! It doesnt matter what the check-in staff previously have experienced they should not speak to guest like that. Horrible! Staff in the bar/restaurant are really sweet and service minded. The other hotel staff are doing their best to get the hotel back after the covid. But the receptionist staff. Horrible at a level beyond belief.
