Some of the front desk staff were not friendly. A bit sad you have to pay extra for access to the pool. This should be a standard offering and its hours were quite limited. The buffet and food options were pretty good. The restaurant staff were fantastic.

We really liked the hotel and the staff were really excellent. Comfortable beds, powerful showers and a fantastic breakfast. Also next door to the ski-hire and main lifts onto the slopes. The only thing that spoiled our stay was the parking situation otherwise this would have been a five star review. We were unable to pre-book parking but a space was available on arrival. They only had one charging point and an inconsiderate guest decided to occupy the bay for 24 hours (despite clear signage for a 4 hour maximum) .. we wanted to charge the car for the drive back to Barcelona. The staff at Piolets did their best to accommodate us by locating a space at their sister hotel across the street. We moved our car to their bay and we were assured they would enable the charger. However we returned 4 hours later to discover this had not been done. We then spent an hour finding a fast charger and only just made it back to BCN airport just on time. This made the end of our weekend away extremely stressful. A shame because is all other respects our stay was fantastic.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra frukost, enda minus är att brödurvalet är lite trist. Grymt läge 1 min promenad från linbanan. Fräscha rum, dock minus att det är skjutdörr till toaletten som inte går att låsa och stänger ute ljud dåligt. En spaentre ingick men vi använde aldrig den då sonen blev sjuk.

Localização incrível, ao lado da estação de ski. Café da manhã excepcional.

We booked a quadruple family room, which was superb. Spacious, contemporary design, separate toilet and bathroom and two TV's with plenty of hanging/storage space. Staff on the whole were friendly. We emailed ahead of time to ask if we could eat dinner in restaurant one evening and were assured that would be fine with no need to prebook. However, at the hotel the receptionist insisted that prebooking was required. Having showed her the email correspondence she reluctantly agreed that we could dine. Her manner was unwelcoming and abrasive. Restaurant and bar staff were friendly and kind though. Breakfast in the restaurant was enjoyable with omelettes and pancakes made to order. The dishes at the dinner buffet were tasty, but too limited. Pleased that we didn't include dinner in the package. Some public areas of the hotel are in need of refurbishment. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Ótima escolha, hotel bem localizado, quase ski in ski out, quartos confortavel, limpo com otima roupa de banho, cafe da manha muito bom, bar na recepção muito bom, elogio especial ao staff do hotel, sempre disponíveis para atender nossas solicitações

O quarto é muito bom e a equipe atenciosa demais. Somente a comida fica a desejar, pois não há muita opções e se repete o cardápio ao longo da semana.

Excellent location, clean rooms

Fantastic hotel. Great mountain views, boot room opens about 50m from the gondola. Staff very friendly and helpful. I don't have her name, but the receptionist was extremely helpful in helping me sort out an alternative route to the airport when the bus wascancelles.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to misleading room descriptions and photos. When I arrived, I was offered two options: The first room looked similar to the pictures, but the balcony was completely different from what was shown online. Instead of the advertised mountain view, the balcony looked directly onto trash dumpsters and a construction site. The second room had a balcony like the pictures, but the interior looked different and did not match the advertised room. It felt like the hotel combined photos of different rooms to create one appealing listing, which does not reflect reality. This was very frustrating, as I had reserved and paid for a specific room that I never actually received.

El hotel es muy acogedor, las habitaciones son grandes y los baños muy limpios y modernos. Pero lo mejor de todo sin duda algunas es su personal, amables , atentos y siempre con una sonrisa vamos de 10 no lo siguiente. Gracias a todo el personal. Hasta la próxima.

Hôtel très bien situé à Soldeu (départ à pieds en randonnée: vallée d.incles + accès station de ski)´permettant de rayonner dans les jolis villages d’ordino, Canillo + attractions (roc del quel..mirador solaire ..pont tibétain) et virée shopping à Andorre. Les membres du personnel sont tous très bienveillants. Chambre nickel et pt déjeuner au top!! Tant salé que sucré avec une terrasse dont vue sur les pistes..séjour très agréable.possibilité de stationner le VL à l.intérieur pour 20€/jour.

Habitación amplia, cama muy cómoda, baño grande y muy nuevo. Todo super limpio. Nos tocó terracita con vistas a la montaña. Y la terraza del Hotel muy bien decorada y con unas impresionantes vistas a pistas. Hay parking del Hotel y zona azul. Servicio de Spa de 1hora muy recomendable para relajarse. Cerca de buenos restaurantes. Checkin cheack out muy rápidos. Muy buen Hotel 4* en Soldeu.

Good hotel with very nice rooms and a great breakfast

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Soldeu, and our stay in Hotel Piolets playing a very important part. It is centrally located, with free parking just behind the hotel. We were quite impressed by the food and the service. Gloriously warm weather also meant that we had most of our meals on the terrace. What a relaxing holiday!
