The hotel is good, but a little bit our of date - the chair is a bit old and not comfortable, the lack of sockets where you need it, the hair dryer cannot be used near the glass, etc. The location is perfect and the stuff friendly.

Sentral beliggenhet. Grei parkering.

No es la primera vez que nos alojamos en él. La habitación muy cómoda y el spa muy bien, no demasiado concurrido y limpio.

The hotel is close to the historic centre and the staff are very friendly. There is also a lovely rooftop bar with beautiful views.

ficamos somente 1 noite e não usamos a estrura do hotel, apenas o quarto. era bem confortavel e amplo. localização boa tbm

It’s an old style hotel, with a pool at roof top.

I was very satisfied with this hotel except for the old equipment. I was delighted that the reception staff told me "Thank you" in Japanese. Regarding the room, fridge, hair dryer and bath tub are inside the room. This hotel provides bottled water. I think it's a good service for hiking vistors. I hope the visitors enjoy the spa after the hiking. The pool itself is small, but there are dry sauna and mist sauna. When you use the pool, you ask the staff at the entrance of the spa room. They give you a towel and guide to the dressing room. If you want to use a coin locker, you have to bring a 2euro coin. Don't forget.

Je constate une fois de plus que lorsque je réserve par hôtel.com ,on me place dans la plus mauvaise chambre de tout l'hôtel. Ces pratiques sont systématique. Notre chambre au premier étage sur la terrasse ou se trouve tout les compresseur des clim et du système du froid des frigos de l' hôtel. Nous ne devrions pas être sous classé parcqu'on réserve par la plateforme hôtel.com. C'est inadmissible.

El recepcionista Eric solucionó un problema inicial, ayudando en todo lo que pudo y poniendo de su parte desde el primer momento. Muy servicial y resolutivo.

I found the staff really rude. When I arrived I desperately needed to use the restroom but the guy at the counter wouldn’t tell me where it was until i snapped and said I would find it myself. The gentleman at the restaurant looked miserable and the cleaner knocked on around 09:30am knowing I was leaving that day to ask me when I would leave so she could clean the room! The room was dated but fine. The shower had one of those horrible curtains that sticks to you when it’s wet. I went up stairs to the wellbeing area and that looked lovely
