Fuyez cet hôtel ce sont des bandits ! La semaine dernière nous sommes arrivé le matin de l’aéroport pour apprendre que nous n’avions pas de chambres disponibles pour cause de surbooking. Nous avons trouvé un autre hôtel 4 fois moins cher à proximité. Depuis je ne peux obtenir le remboursement par hôtel.com car ils prétendent qu’ils avaient des chambres ! De plus l’hôtel est mal situé, il n’y a pas d’eau chaude dans les chambres (informations de mes collègues) et il n’y a pas de piscine en fonctionnement, tout ça pour un prix exorbitant. Bref à fuir absolument !

The rooms are comfy with necessary space for all your stuff, a/c was work fine, even its a 3 star hotel it's feel a bit more ranked. But the tap shower, need more maintenance and the mini fridge, isn't chilling at all. The water on swimming pool was cold, the sauna and jacuzzi were out of order.

This is a good and easy place to stay in southern Luanda. Rooms are clean and tidy but you have to make sure to get one of the renovated rooms without carpet.

More or less as expected. Nothing special but a decent business hotell. Breakfast was not much to write home about. Speedy internet and close to the shopping mall with lots of things and restaurants.

Stayed in this hotel for my business trip for 8 nights. The hotel location and staff were good, check-in was fast and easy, staff was very friendly, but with limited English. However, the room and towels were not properly cleaned/maintained (there were hair remains in the towel fabric - it was disgusting, and I had to buy a new towel in the store nearby - Belas shopping center!). The bathroom and carpet were unclean, too - carpet covered with many dirt grease spots. Also, my access card was deactivated 3 times during the week - had to repeatedly ask the reception to reactivate it. Overall, maintenance was not adequate -needs to be improved, as well as to consider renovating and refreshing rooms! If I had another choice I would have chosen another hotel, but had to stay here as its location was very convenient both for my business purposes (close to my local office), and for shopping.

Hotel.com description is wrong: no swimming pool, no fitness room, commercial center close the hotel is very very poor: only a supermarket fir food and few restaurants. Restaurant of the hotel is catastrophic with awful breakfast Room is not clean and dirty bathroom. Only 1 tiny soap, no shampoo even reception promise to supply. Mini bar in the room is empty, but mastress is comfortable. Lift is asthmatic and service absolutely not smily. Environment has not any interest. 3 stars? Even in Angola it's too much. To avoid

Hotel funcional para quem deseja ou tem necessidade de trabalhar nas imediações. Em frente a um centro comercial. Qualidade do serviço em especial entrada e saída do hotel um pouco começa em função da falta de experiência dos atendentes. Com boa vontade e dose de calma tudo sempre é resolvido.

Foi constrangedor quando chegaram no hotel, pois disseram que não tinha quarto disponível para eles, só depois de muito brigar arrumaram dois quartos! A porta principal do hotel não funcionava e eles tinham que dar a volta por trás.

Florença is a very good solution in a city where hotels are normally very expensive and getting around is a little difficult. The Belas shopping center across the way offers a number of restaurants (in addition to the one in the hotel itself) and also shopping for basics such as fruit. This is very practical, especially during slightly longer stays.
