I'd booked a room but was given a kitchenette inside the property that was very dark and dingy. Office only open if you rang bell and not fully staffed. Turns out that Connie's Comfort Suite is more an apartment building than a hotel. The women were helpful in answering questions and kitchenette was clean; however only one cup for two coffees?!

I reserved a room on the bottom floor and wasn’t notified until check-in that no rooms were available on the ground floor. I tend to get swollen feet while traveling and got that room in case I had that issue. I would have liked to be notified that it wasn’t available prior to getting to Antigua. On the first night, I came in to a leak in the bedroom coming from the next room. The second night, the kitchen sink was on in my unit even though I never touched the kitchen. The third night, a huge roach was on my bathroom counter. I didn’t know that I wouldn’t receive new towels or toilet paper, especially after I used my towels to wipe up the water from the leak.

I had a late check in and the lady was very pleasant and accommodating towards me. The place was very clean. The TV signal was great and the A.C worked well and there are local shops. I would have liked to see a bigger bottle of water in the fridge than what was provided (it was a small bottle) and perhaps a small snack. But other than that, I was happy with my choice.

The check in experience is chaotic. The room I was assigned per the booked room was changed, putting me in a very uncomfortable single bed and untidy room. The bathroom did not have soaps, toilet pepper, and appropriate towel. The room.was so tight and unfortable that we had to squeeze our portable crib fpr one of our infant. I had to sleep in the two seat coach to give space to my partner and our other infant. This is a very mediocre service. I wish I had find an alternative hotel. Unfortunately i arrived at the premises after 8.30pm

It was comfortable,not to far from anything, convenient, overall it was good stay i would stay again

L’appartement avec chambre et cuisine était bien fourni, propre et pratique. TV avec HBO. Stationnement facile. Le ratio qualité/prix de cet établissement est excellent. Le personnel est avenant et serviable. Situé près du centre-ville de St-John’s, Antigua ( 1.5 km), de Dickensian Bay ( 3 km) et aussi de l’aéroport ( 7.5 km). Heureux de mon séjour de deux nuits.

Its affordable and pretty close to many things. the island is small and walkable and cab rides are cheap.

The place was neat and quiet. The room was just right for us.

People from adjoining property enter and exit suites property as they please. All throughout night you hearing noise from people walking through the property.

For a local guest house, it is amazing. it's close enough but far enough away from town, the beaches, and anything you want to do. if you are independent and want to get your own place. it's amazing. Especially if you are an ex-pat returning to Antigua. The place is clean, rooms are spacious. they have large water reserves and hot water. They have cable and free wifi, and lots of outlets for tech (bring your own power converter). for the price, it cant be beaten. Even when compared to larger resorts, you would have trouble finding all they provide. especially hen it comes to convenience and location.

My room was clean, but in borderline condition. I appreciated that there was bottled water in the fridge! It is not safe to drink the tap water in Antigua (made me sick earlier in my trip). The description said it was a 15 minute walk to the main part of town & restaurants. I would say it was more like a 25-30 minute walk, & a rather difficult walk. There are no consistent paths or sidewalks, It did not feel very safe; I would certainly not do it after dark! I could hear someone talking, quite clearly, from another room, and the neighbors were loud into the night. Generally felt it was substandard.

Fair estimate that about half the ants in Antigua reside at this hotel. If you love ants, you'll love this hotel. And as a souvenir just think you'll be bringing back tons of ants for you to enjoy whether back home or wherever you go from here. Thank you Connie.
