The room was D I R T Y, stains on the walls floor. Toilet D I R T Y, stains in the tub and black mole on the shower walls. Also i could not see the bottom of the pool Wateer was green. Just a great location That{s all.

Todos muito gentis e quarto confortável.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut und sauber. Der Preis war angemessen. Hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage. Alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen und Busse fahren, auch vom Flughafen, bis fast vor die Tür. Der Nachteil der zentralen Lage ist der Lärmpegel.

The check-in and room preparedness was perhaps the worst of our extensive travel experience. Although there was roughly 300 linear feet of curbside parking available for unloading passengers and baggage, its entire length was blocked-off by traffic cones spaced about 15 feet apart and about 3 feet out from curb. No assistance was offered or available for unloading baggage. Lobby is only accessible by stairs (four steps above street level). Room was unserviced (bed unmade). Staff spoke virtually no English, and were surly and disrespectful.

Excelente servicio

Staff needs training in customer service. They don’t know how to resolve an issue to keep the customers happy. Laundry service very expensive and not good it costs almost as one night room charge for a pair of pants and two shirts. Service at breakfast not mind full to keep the buffet updated .

My recent stay at Amérian Cordoba Park Hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. While the location was convenient, that's about where the positives ended. The most significant issue was the paper-thin walls. I could hear everything – and I mean everything! From the constant street noise outside (cars, sirens, people talking) to my neighbors' conversations as if they were in my own room, it made getting any restful sleep nearly impossible. I was also treated to the delightful sounds of their toilet flushing and showers running throughout the night. It felt more like staying in a noisy dorm than a hotel. I will say, the reception staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which was a small bright spot. However, their excellent service couldn't overcome the fundamental issue of the noise. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is definitely not the place.

The shower did have preassure, beacuse the faucet was always open. I complained. They did not accept a room change. They sent someone to fix it. The plummer told me the shower was fixed. Next day, I tried to take a shower, and the shower was still malfunctioning. The buffet breakfast was mediocre. Despite those problems, I have to say that the staff was very polite.

Un hotel muy bien ubicado y con un restaurante muy lindo. El personal amable y listo para ayudar

El dia de llegada no pude descansar por los ruidos de las reformas, pedi 3 veces hasta que despues de 15 minutos pararon. Sin estacionamiento y el que ofrecen es caro. Pedi para despertarme 5 AM y no me llamaron, un desastre. No me hicieron en cuarto, cuando vinieeon de tarde tuve que salir y esperar afuera

Located on the middle of downtown Cordoba Very convenient

Desastre el flaco del front desk. Nos enviaron a una cuarto sin aire, era una caldera. Sumado al divino del flaco de mantenimiento que nos dijo que los equipos centrales iban a enfriar en una hora. Nos cagaron la vida! Por suerte apareció un mgn y nos cambió de cuarto sin pensar. Lamentablemente no era el hotel o alguna columna de aire central, sino que el bendito cuarto 907. Unos genios estos tipos!

Quarto grande e espacoso, porem limpeza a desejar, principalmente no banheiro. Ar condicionado nao tem eficiencia no calor

The ameneties inside were worn out and not to standards of a four star hotel. The breakfast is superb. The area are close to most city attrations. There are lots of loud noise from caf horns made by teenagets making it unfortable to sleep.

Select this hotel for its location. However, the room was old, and the bathroom was very, very small and outdated.
