Some welcome drinks, coffee, or snacks would be much appreciated. There was no detergent to wash the utensils. The furniture is dated. Especially the bed covers feel filthy. There is considerable noise from the neighbors that can be heard. There is no smart tv. But the place was clean. We liked that it was a good apartment size.

Amazing apartment for the price! Super clean and really well-equipped. Excellent location. Really helpful front desk and housekeeping staff.

Quarto bem amplo e limpo. A cozinha tinha os utensílios necessários, como forno elétrico, fogão por indução, dentre outros. O banheiro dispunha de sabonete, shampo e secador de cabelo. Pessoal da recepção muito educado, nos prestou todas as informações necessárias. Tem café e mercado próximo. Fica um pouco afastado dos principais restaurantes, mas muito facil e barato para pegar um Uber.

We stayed here for 20 days, and the place was quiet and very safe. The cleaning lady came every day to clean the apartment — she washed all the dishes we used, changed all the towels, made the bed, and cleaned the bathroom. Our host, Sergio, was extremely kind. We asked if it was possible to have a microwave, and within minutes they brought one to our room. We had originally rented a room for two, but when our cousins offered us a ride from Chile to Mendoza (we flew from Houston to Santiago), I called Sergio and he immediately said “no problem.” He even upgraded us to a larger apartment at no extra cost, and we comfortably shared it with our cousins for a couple of days. It was an excellent experience overall. My only advice: if you’re renting a car, go for a small or mid-sized one — the garage is a bit tight to maneuver. Other than that, the apartment met — and even exceeded — our expectations!

This hotel is in a great location ,its really an apartment with kitchen, everything worked, the shower was great, no noise, really worth every penny, not far from the airport or the main bus depot, the trip from the hotel to the airport is $10.000 Argentine pesos which is like 10 us dollars.

Minha estadia foi incrível, diretamente com o recepcionista aumentei em um dia minha passagem por aqui. É como uma kitnet, tem três camas, uma de casal e uma de solteiro, todos os dias existe limpeza, lavam até a louça, trocam as toalhas. A localização é muito boa, no centro da cidade. O valor nem se fala. Muito bom, recomendo.
