The hotel was in the perfect neighborhood for us. We loved the spaciousness of the suite and the friendliness of the staff.

There were a few minor problems with the room when we checked in. The staff quickly responded and fixed all. The location is good for getting to all parts of the city and many of the attractions are within walking distance. The street noise can be loud at times but quiets down at night.

Quick check in. Good location. Clean room. The kitchen needs repair. Both electric stoves are not functioning properly.

Clean, quiet. Had the whole 13th floor to myself. Great wraparound balcony. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Area is safe and very walkable. 20 minutes to Recoleta cemetery. 20 minutes to microcentro. Would stay again and would recommend.

I love the location and the big the apartment was, and the AC in every room

At first worried no one would be there for our arriving late. Turns out the have a person there all night😁

Amazing central location close to Callao subway station, major sights, and restaurants. There is 24/7 security - it felt very safe. Room has everything you need. Excellent value for money in Buenos Aires, highly recommend.

Great value place. It’s a serviced apart hotel so they have security, front desk, cleaning service, a small gym. We were very satisfied with the place based on the price.

Good location, basic service, enough for a short stay

We enjoyed this property, but we didn't! Yes that is a stupid statement, but it completely describes this property. Awesome location, but because of the location, it's so noisy! I think every single bus is routed to go right by this property. And since this property is on the corner, when they stop at the light you either hear the diesel engine or the air brakes. Never mind all the ambulances! They advertise multiple languages, nope only one, Spanish! Security is awesome and very friendly. So happy that they had laundry facilities, but they don't sell the coins for them! You have to wait till the business across the street opens to buy them. It has a mini fridge in the unit, but you couldn't put anything in the freezer because it was completely iced up! In order to take a hot shower you have to turn the water on for about 5 minutes before it'll get hot. So would I stay here again, probably not, but if I had to I would. Now you might understand my first statement at the beginning of this review.

I stayed for 2 weeks here, security guards were friendly and helpful. Maid service was great as well. Close to public transportation as well.

24 hour conscierge was wonderful..felt so safe , in such a good spot for everything.

El edificio se ve muy bien, no está en una zona muy estratégica para el turista extranjero. El apartamento que me tocó y da a la calle y no se ve mal, no funcionaba el wifi y es muy ruidoso por estar en una esquina de una Av importante, se sienten los buses y autos todo el tiempo, pienso que se podría resolver si tuviera aberturas más herméticas para el ruido. La cama es excelente, buena ropa de cama, no es flexible el checkout.

Convenient location and very clean

Atendimento ruim, chegamos e logo de cara um porteiro nos atendeu de forma muito grosseira. A água do chuveiro leva muito tempo para esquentar , e a água sai com poquissima vazão e esquenta muito , impossível de tomar banho, estava 0°, ar-condicionado de um dos quartos não funcionava , passamos muito frio, internet só funciona bem na sala. Limpeza muito superficial. Vale a localização , Só.

Great location right on a main street and a 2 minute walk to the subway. There are also a dozen or more bus stops on the streets right outside the buidling. The property is in adequate shape overall. Some of the ammenities are aging, but they do have a cleaning staff that came and cleaned my apartment every few days for the month that I stayed. I would stay here again.
