I was doubtful about this place before my stay. How could a small cabaña on the way to a mountain has 79 five star review out of 90? But after my stay here.. well I think I was just so lucky, not to miss this unforgettable stay. On my arrival, the host Salvador came out of the house to greet me with generous smile, just like your own grandfather welcomes you. There is no place like home. I can't agree more, but this place was the only exception until now. It was as comfortable and clean as my house, but it had something more, which was the warm humanity of Salvador and Monica. I felt like I was back in my childhood, visiting my adorable grandparents, who are missing now... I often dreamed a little wooden house on the hill, cozy, clean room, nice smelling beddings, up-to-date modern bathroom, original oil paintings on the wall, well-managed garden.. but this place was way better than my dream house. Salvador and Monica must be either stayed at lots of nice hotels and know what travelers want, or listen carefully to what their clients say and improve their place continously, or both. Now I think five stars are not good enough for this place. Maybe I'll have to make another reservation at this place, just to give them five more stars, even if I will not be able to stay here. I still miss Salvador and Monica, and wish them live the happiest life, just like the way they are now.

A great place to stay in Ushuaia. The cabin is private, comfortable, and in a remarkable setting. The view of the bay is spectacular, as is the town. Monica and Salvador greeted us warmly and made our stay easy. We want to return, and would definitely stay here again. Very highly recommended.

Wonderful views. Lovely cabins. The host Salvador was great. A basic daily breakfast is included which is good. It is about 5-10 minutes from the downtown which i think is a plus. Keep in mind that these are cabins at the end of the world. Despite that, the accommodation was ery good.

La atención de Salvador y Mónica es fantástica. Las cabañas tienen la ubicación perfecta, en el medio del cerro, camino a un glaciar, pero a 3 minutos del centro. Además son muy cómodas y amplias, con asador ideal para corderito y truchas recién pescadas

De beste plek in Ushuaia! Prachtig uitzicht en wat een lieve mensen beheren deze plek. We hebben erg genoten.

Quiet location overlooking the town. Cheap taxi ride or rent a car.

Salvador and Monika were wonderful hosts!! Friendly and helpful!! Great continental breakfast each morning. THE MOST AMAZING VIEW of the ocean!! Very close to Glacier hike and a great tea house! Next to Chez Manu. Make reservations!

Beautiful place overlooking Beagle Sound. Salvador was a great host. He hand delivered breakfast every morning. Enjoyed grilling on the large deck. Great restaurant within walking distance. Much better to stay here rather than in the town. Lovely place with a great host.

Mejor imposible, muy por encima de lo esperado. La cabaña, las vistas y la amabilidad, educación y ganas de ayudar de Monica y Salvador hacen que el lugar sea de ensueño. Volveríamos siempre SEGURO. Só temos a agradecer a Monica e Salvador por tamanha hospitalidade e generosidade ao nos receber. A nossa experiência em Ushuaia teria sido completamente diferente sem as suas histórias, indicações e receptividade. Ficamos encantados e já saímos com vontade de retornar um dia. Quanto às acomodações, são muito confortáveis, lindamente decoradas, a limpeza é impecável, tudo funciona muito bem e a vista é de tirar o fôlego. Apesar de não estar no centro, o acesso é fácil por taxi ou remis. Além disso, a região é charmosíssima (na minha opinião, mais que o centro), com boas opções de restaurantes e atividades (centro de ski, bar, café, lojas de souvenir) a uma caminhada de distância. Views were amazing. Hosts super nice and helpful. Cabins exceeded expectations.

We had a wonderful time in Ushuaia, thanks to our lovely hostess Monica. The cabins are situated up a hill with a view of the Beagle channel. This allows for gorgeous sunrises, some bird-watching, and a feeling of tranquility and magic. The cabins are reasonably sized for a family of 4 and the beds and linens are comfortable. Monica went out of her way to accommodate our allergies by providing gluten-free croissants and rolls. We highly recommend Cabanas Del Martial for your stay in Ushuaia.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabins. They were very comfortable, clean and warm. Would highly recommend staying here. Wonderful views and easy access to glaciar martial. Our hosts made the trip much better and provided great advice on the best tours to take.

What can we say about Monica and Salvador that has not already been said. They are wonderful hosts. From arrival to departure they were there to help. The room was spotless clean and very comfortable with amazing views. We stayed 2 nights before a cruise and would happily have stayed longer. The accommodation is out of town in quiet location but can be easily reached by taxi. Otis also near a lovely walk to the glacier.
