Excelente localizacao no bairro boemio de San Telmo, literalemente encostado na plaza Dorrego, respondem rapido, tudo ok!

Nice place close to everything

Local muito bom, acesso a transporte público fácil, ao lado de uma das emblemáticas praças da cidade. O apartamento é ótimo, espaçoso e confortável, a comunicação foi muito boa. Deixo a consideração sobre a qualidade e limpeza das roupas de cama e toalhas. As toalhas eram de microfibra, muito finas. E sugiro mudar o local de lavagem de tudo, estavam com um cheiro péssimo, uma mistura de suor com sabão ruim, tivemos que forrar os travesseiros com nossas roupas.

La ubicación de lo departamos es privilegiada, tienes todo a la mano. El departamento es espacioso y tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia cómoda. También cuentan con un chofer de confianza para traslados desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Lo que no me gustó fue que el horario de recepción es limitado, si llegas en la noche debes pasar a otro lado a recoger las llaves, y si necesitas algo tampoco hay nadie que te responda por esta misma situación. También es necesario que implementen la limpieza de las habitaciones, al menos alternando los días, estuve siete días y nunca lo hicieron, lo cual puede ser molesto cuando es más de una persona en el departamento. Hay cosas por mejorar, y es imperante que las tomen en cuenta para poder garantizar una experiencia más completa.

Excellent location next to plaza Dorrego with places to eat, Tango show in the plaza very 3o minutes. Easy access to colectivos shopping and Nilo ha la Mariooosita. Great service, fast communication with the owner great service very clean.

This was perfect for me. Traveling solo, the studio setup is enough space. I was able to appreciate the old building while staying there. Yes there are narrow staircases and no elevators, but that's not to be expected here in one of the oldest parts of Buenos Aires. Many of the structures here were occupied by the rich before a disease outbreak over a century ago. Now it's a lovely neighborhood called San Telmo, with so much historical character and European styled architecture. Even though the building is so old they still use skeleton keys, it is worth staying here. Just make sure you aren't too fat or you won't fit in the narrow front door! And remember whatever you travel with you WILL be carrying up and down a good 30 stairs in 2 narrow staircases. Once you are settled in however, ahh, time to drink wine and listen to the sounds of dancers practicing the tango in the square below, Plaza Dorrego. Overall, you will feel like a native when you're staying here.
