Las instalaciones son viejas y distan de las fotos colocadas. No es un hotel 5 estrellas.

El hotel NO ES 4 estrellas, falta mucho mantenimiento. Fuimos a este hotel x el.tema de la pileta climatizada, nunca funciono. Tambien porque decia juegos para niños, pero nuestra nena de 2 años se aburrio porque no tiene juegos, estan todos rotos. El desayuno siempre lo mismo. Medio pelo pero safa y cena siempre lo mismo,a veces frio. Lejos del centro, solo cerca de cataras y aeropuerto. El hotel safa solo x los empleados que son macanudos y re buena onda sino fuera x los empleados el seria pesima la estadia ya que es un hotel muy caro por los servicios que ofrecen.

Difficult shower access. Not user friendly and unsafe for elderly people. Mattress very old and in poor condition. Pillows very hard. This hotel needs to be updated.

It needs to be renovated

While the property was clean it appears is if they have skipped updates and maintenance for the last 20years. Things are very out dated. Towel rack falling off in bathroom, safe in room hanging off wall about to fall off. The restaurant was sufficient but nothing over the top.

This is an old hotel showing signs of age, but comfortable and clean. The main issue was that the room didn't have hot water. I reported the problem, and I was told a maintenance person would take care, but nothing happened. Instead of changing room, which was the fast solution, we did not have hot water until the next day. The service in the cafeteria was too slow, even when they were not busy.

This property is old, poor facilities, pool isn’t clean, sunbeds and umbrellas broken, electricity goes off and on. It’s like being in a property in the 1970s because it’s so old fashioned. Don’t waste your money staying here !

The hotel was once probably super, but it needs a lot of renovation. The room was large, the beds ok, bathroom also large and clean and we were happy with the air conditioning. The balcony door wouldn't close which was slightly worrying but we were on the second floor and nothing happened. Outside there were a lot of amenities but all in need of renovation. The pool was sadly not clean. Breakfast was good, but the evening restaurant if you could call it that was aweful, the first evening I had stomach cramps and diarhea, we were tired so ate a salad and some spaghetti the next night.

This is a terrible run down facility. The carpets, furniture, windows, tables are all dirty. Nothing works, not even the TV works properly. This is advertised as 5 star hotel but it is not even 1 star. The people that work there tomare nice but they all do many different task at the same time that can not do more. Pool is dirty and lacks chlorine. There are cats running in the dining room. There is no amount low enough you can pay to make this a decent value for your money

Ótimo hotel, apesar de ser antigo as condições do mesmo são ótimas. Boa estrutura, funcionários atenciosos.

El hotel esta en remodelacion. Los servicios son viejos la atencion muy basica. La pileta climatizada es muy incomoda, ademas a partir de las 18:00hs es para mayores de 18 años; pero como no ahy nadie controlando habian niños hasta las 20:00hs. no se podia estar.

Hotel visibilmente vecchio e non troppo mantenuto. Una sera é anche mancata la luce Giusto per il prezzo pagato.

El hotel procura mantener sus instalaciones. El gimnasio nonestá habilitado. Del spa solo funciona la piscina climatizada con sus hidromasajes; no así el sauna, ducha escocesa, etc. En la sala de juegos encontrarán una mesa de pool incompleta (le faltan bolas), metegol y ping pong. Las instalaciones de canchas de varios deportes se veían bien aunque no las utilicé. La piscina central bien, el desayuno bufete aceptable. La habitación cómoda, amplia, sin lujos. El baño con mala ventilación. No sé si vale la pena contratar media pensión ya que poseen un bar de similares características con muy buenos precios. El personal excelente en todos los áreas.
