호텔 청결상태 등 좋았으나 화장대 및 거울 불빛이 어두웠음 이 부분은 개선이 필요해 보임

위치가 너무 좋았습니다

The Hotel was clean and all the staffs are very kind. It is located in a nice place and the Bed is wide and the sheet and bed cover is very clean. I loved to visit again if I have a chance in the future

Although The Hotel facility is a very good one, it lacks some things for a 5 Star hotel branch. I stayed with my wife for one full week and I can say that. 1) The coffee (from the coffe jars) that was served on the tables tasted old, or and sometimes sour......maybe the cleaning of the coffee jars or the coffe emachines wasn´t very well 2) The swimming pool was deactivated, due to some problems (That is ok) 3) On the last day of our stay both the coffee machines were OUT OF SERVICE......and yet we couldn´t drink the coffee they served on the tables 4)The hotel rooms (for a 5 Star) lacked some basic amenities, like hotel flip flops (sneakers), sauna and pool clothes, towels, and free BOTTLES OF WATER 5) Every 5 Star European Hotel cheers their clients with some perks, like free bottles of water in the rooms and on the breakfast place, sometimes wine, some chocolate bars and, .VERY IMPORTANT...amenities in the mini bar fridge. .. (it was empty) In resume.....The Hotel is a very nice Place to stay, but the services offered (amenities) are very poor for a 5 Star.

My stay at the Hilton Buenos Aires was excellent from start to finish. The spacious room, comfortable bed, and a bathroom with great water pressure made for a relaxing experience. Dinner in the lobby restaurant was a highlight, with both delicious food and a friendly, courteous server. Check-in was fast and pleasant, and breakfast offered a wonderful variety to start the day right. A special mention goes to the marketing manager, who was engaging and mindful, ensuring every detail of my stay felt cared for.

La habitacion muy cómoda y el lugar esta cerca de muchos lugares

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, modernas y con todo lo necesario. Camas, blancos y almohadas de muy buena calidad para un descanso ideal. La temperatura de la habitación se mantiene constante. El hotel en general y el servicio son de primer nivel además, la ubicación es perfecta para ir a diferentes partes de la ciudad o salir a caminar por Puerto Madero.

A localização é excelente , mas a cara precisa ser teocada ( colchao) e banho muito ruim , morno e sempressão . Hotel muito caro pelo que oferece e Sem café pago a parte . Custo/ beneficio bem euim

Muy servicial la gente de allá

Hotel muito bom. a região é mais distante dos bairros para caminhar, mas o hotel tem grande estrutura

Ótimo hotel, o único detalhe é que Expedia reserva quarto com cama de casal para 3 pessoas, chegamos e não tinha uma cama extra ou sofá, tivemos que pagar mais de 30$ por noite para trocar de quarto.
